First we were told a truck was going to be delivered to Laurel to look at to purchase. Manger said truck was on the way. After waiting a few minutes we were told the truck was never coming it had been sold. Next the manager pulled up other trucks. After picking out one we were told they would bring around to look at. After waiting awhile manager (I believe his name was Kevin) said the truck was in Baltimore and would be there soon. We asked manager to call if the truck ever showed up. We got a call within an hour and we went back to dealership. My son decided to purchase the truck. The salesperson Bryanna was great. She did her best to keep the process moving. If it wasn’t for her we probably would have said forget it. One thing I did not like was forcing a 1500 warranty because of the age of the truck. My aunt had to do that at another dealership for a brand new car. I have to laugh. Buying a vehicle here is not fun. Gets even better. Received a text 2 days after purchasing a truck were we still interested in the original truck. (That was supposedly sold??) Do they play games to get people in there? Good luck if you decide to shop there!
