My Experience at Eastern Motors.....

The salesman Jason Barrow was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was unhappy with statements made by the assistant manager both in-person & on the phone. However, at the end of the day I was very happy with my salesman & my vehicle. I will return to buy another vehicle & I will recommend Easterns Automotive of Laurel.

My experience at easterns was the best

We came to eastern motors unsure of which vehicle we wanted but Rosell and Robert helped us decide which car that was best for us! And the service was outstanding. We highly recommend easterns to all our friends!

Jason is the Best xxxx Salesman!!!!!!

I came into the dealership unsure if I was going to walk away with a vehicle. Jason Barrow welcomed me and my uncle with a smile. He showed me multiple vehicles that may have been of interest to me & I explained all of my concerns and fears to him. He assured me not to worry and put my fears to rest. To make a long story short , I drove away in the car of my dreams thanks to Jason's hard work. Thanks you so much Jason!!!

Top Notch customer service

Lenard was a wonderful sales associate. He was very professional. Mr. Thompson was attentive to our wish list and concerns and assisted us with securing a vehicle which met all our needs/wants. I never felt like a commission notch. He made it such a smooth, fluid process. Thank you. Thank you.

Jason Barrow is great!

I came to easterns to buy a car. This would be the second vehicle from them. They have never let me down. I worked with Jason Barrow and the entire process was painless. He kept reassuring me that he would get me in a car; it took 2 days but he got it done! I'm the happy owner of a 2013 Honda Accord!!!!! Thank you Jesus Santos & Jason Barrow!

Getting back on track...

Although I don't really have anything to compare it to, I really felt that I received 1st rate service here at Eastern. I was met with a smile the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I feel that as a woman, we are often taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge on vehicles but I was assured and felt very comfortable about the deal I made. I definitely had no plans on leaving out with a car today. I came for information, but after discussing my situation with Jason, I feel very fortunate that I am now getting back on track. Thanks for everything!!

I got the car i wanted

I came in looking for a Nissan truck and easterns had exactly what i was looking for. Robert Johnson did a great job lining up everything to make the process go smoothly. Very satisfied!
