Retired Tupelo Teacher- A smart buy @ CARSMART!
I would recommend Memphis CarSmart any time. When I entered a young man greeted me, then the young lady Marsha greeted me with a big smile as if she had met me before. The atmosphere was just great, I felt good all the while I was there. I bought a wonderful Infiniti less than the price my son paid for his! I'm 78 and my sons were very admirable of the way they treated me and gave me a good deal !

Great Buying Experience
I traveled two hours to look at a 2010 Jeep Commander. It drove like new. The interior showed no wear - immaculate with over 80,000 miles. They didn't budge a dollar off the asking price but I haven't seen a better deal yet even after my purchase, four weeks ago. The sales people especially nice. I paid by 3 checks and after they all cleared, I received my title very quickly - faster than expected. I highly recommend. They allowed me to park my old vehicle in the back of their lot several days. They were very accommodating. One of the better or best buying experiences I've had in 40 years in purchasing a used car from a dealership. Their cars appear to be "hand picked" - cream of the crop. I trust the sales staff and the vehicles.

Car Smart seems to have been a Smart move!!!
Del Rios has been a true pleasure to deal with and an absolute "man of his word." Although the vehicle (2007 Tahoe) came "as is,". Del continued to follow up with my husband and I to ensure that we were completely satisfied!. It's funny because we have traditionally bought from larger dealerships and had become to accustomed to being followed around by dealers (like a mouse and moving cheese). His was a different shopping experience and made out to be more pleasant of an overall experience. The feeling of not being hounded, although non-traditional, allowed us the freedom and space to look, talk amongst each other, and feel comfortable with our final decision to buy. Although it's only been a week, we are comfortable saying that we look forward to doing future business with Del Rios and his lovely wife, Marsha!! Great prices...even greater people!

They are super nice at Car Smart.
I brought a Dodge Caravan from here and had a little trouble with the brakes. Called Del and was told to bring it in the next day. I had to leave it for repair and got a Hummer from the lot until they repaired my van.The owner,his sister and her husband made me feel very important and at ease. I work at the nearby hospital and already sent at least 3 people to check out Car Smart. The owner is a very Godly man and that made it a lot easy for me to trust in this place.Thank you all A. moore

I bought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Memphis Car Smart and it was a great experience. They have good quality cars for great prices. I love my Jeep! After having my Jeep for a week, my steering wheel started making a clicking noise. When I called them about it, they fixed it for free and gave me a lender car while my Jeep was getting fixed. Everyone was very nice and professional! I highly recommend Memphis Car Smart if you are looking for a good quality car for a low price. I have had my Jeep for almost three months now and it runs great.

Great Service
I sent my 82 y/o mother to purchase a car from Car Smart knowing that they would take good care of her. She met Marsha and hit it off nicely. She gave my mother top money for her convertable Mustang and helped mom into a smooth riding, beautiful Lexus. A few items needed to be addressed (burned out tail light and blinker) were taken care of quickly. Thanks to Marsha and Car Smart for doing a great job helping my mom find a beautiful car.

Poor customer service and bad business
The people there wouldn't even sell me a car. They said my husband credit didn't check out and that it wasn't possible to be use as a co applicant. They wouldn't give us a chance. I doubt they give anyone else a chance. You can't expect anyone to have a1 credit. I was a first time buyer and they didn't put effort to help me get a car with them. They wouldn't even accept a $3000-$4000 down payment. But it's their lost because the car(s) I was interested in are still up for sale after months long. I went to another dealership and they work, work, work to get me a car I WANTED. Everyone I advise you to not waste time here. I'll sit back and watch how long these cars are still up. Poor customer service also. The people are RUDE and unprofessional.

Best customer CARE anywhere
I drove for 4.5 hours to Memphis after contacting Mrs. Rios. The car was all I had hoped and more. Following the test drive, I returned to receive a fair price for the car I drove to the dealer. The paperwork was very quick and far easier than in Southern Illinois. My advice to dissatisfied customers is to thoroughly reseArch what you want and pray for God's guidance. I did not expect the 2012 Mustang to be in such good condition. Someone loved this car as much as I. It drove home without any problems.no noise, shakes, or warning lights. It was, the car I had dreamed of when I was customizing plastic 1/25th scale models as a child. (I am 68 now). I had prayed for any car with this price range to get me to and from work for 5 more years -- a round trip of 85 miles. The Lord brought me here, I am certain of it. So perhaps the key to good service is to trust in the Lord. He knows our needs. It was the best car buying experience of my life.

Not Happy At All
I applied for an online loan and I have not gotten one reply back from anyone. I've even tried reaching out to someone there and still to no avail no contact or response back. Terrible just terrible business practice. At any other dealership someone surely would be reprimanded and or termed. I've sold cars for years and in being Internet Sales Mgr. and this type of behavior will never happen regardless of the customer situation or any situation. A sales person, especially a internet sales personnel should be elated about being in that position. It's easy when you have the correct tools to work with. So I might try again, just to see what will happen but I seriously duobt it. Bad Business, no wonder that a couple of vehicles that I seen been online for days and 2-3 months. Wow, a shame.
