We bought a new KIA Cadenza, and traded a 2013 Chevy Malibu for it. The KIA was bigger inside, offered more safety features and was priced right. I have not used the service department yet but bought the maintance plan so I will use them in the future. The sale was an easy transaction, at no time did I feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of. I would recommed my salesman Chris and this dealership to anyone. MSG Richard A. Smith

I came in with what I wanted to buy and price I wanted to pay. Mr. Paul the general manager, turned me over to Bentley Mixon. Bentley was outstanding and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Bentley went over and above as a sales person to deliver the product. Bentley was very friendly, personable, and has a smile that makes you want to buy whatever he is selling. Bentley took care of our every need in a day. Very fast and completely honest. Will definitely be referring my friends and family to Bentley. This was my first car purchase. When my mother and I arrived, we were promptly greeted and welcomed. I already knew what vehicle I wanted, but I had a few questions and reservations but Andre answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease (I was nervous). Everything was explained thoroughly and they didn´t attempt to over or under sale me with extra things. What I like most was the personal attention and attention to detail that I was showed (they took the time to set up my Bluetooth and showed me how to work everything). I was referred to Kia AutoSport of Columbus by my sister, and I am glad listened. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!!

Tried to lowball us on our trade-in by offering us $4,000...
Tried to lowball us on our trade-in by offering us $4,000 less than the lowest offer we had received on trading a car. They wouldn't budge on the offer, and then tried to convince us that other dealers may tell us one number, but they are inflating that number then adding the extra money to our new loan. They also use a different credit scoring system that you cannot see. You walk in thinking your credit is decent, then they tell you it is 90 points lower than what you just pulled from Equifax that morning. I think that's a scheme to stick you with a higher interest rate. I told you before I left that morning that I would tell everyone I know about your practices, and I'm keeping my word.

I was absolutely so stress with the vehicle that I had which was a 1996 dodge caravan , at this time it had body damage , tire issues , blinker & windshield wiper switch was broken off , air conditioner quit working & last but not least the complete headliner was almost completely hanging down all but right over the drivers head , also only the drivers side window was the only window that let down or up so I was lucky enough to see the commercial on tv and decided to just go to kia and check out the cars & thanks for the kind sales person I was able to get the car that I wanted plus brand new so I'm extremely happy & satisfied ! I came in with a list of cars based on gas mileage and showed the salesman. I told him I was not buying today and only wanted to go over list and look at cars. He went over the list and helped narrow the list. He was not pushy and was open to help me. I bought a Kia Soul and had a great experience.
