Well where do I start the dealership is in the bad part of Seattle. The car salesman are your classic salesmen. They explain very little and charge you for things you don’t need.

Terril was amazing .
Terril was amazing .. I told him what my budget was and worked on finding me a good fit. The car I was interested in was unfortunately at the Tacoma location and he arranged to have it brought up next day so I can test it. This was my 1st vehicle I bought on my own and the experience was awesome.

The dealership is very reasonable with pricing and they have pretty decent cars but whenever I bought my car, I asked for the inspection report on the vehicle and everything was fine until I drove my car on the freeway to go back home. The radiator exploded. I am a first time car buyer, and this experience has been really stressful but overall I think first national is a decent dealership.

James and his colleagues were very kind and friendly to us. This is our second time shopping with FN and James worked with us through the whole process of getting us a new car. Sad we didn’t get to trade our old van but we got a fare deal with our new car. We highly recommend First National.
