It was pleasant, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Not much was going on till I saw a rush and was amused seeing the others work and people getting a car in 3rd person.

I love my car and it was an easy process but I was
I love my car and it was an easy process but I was promised a detail and full tank of gas. Had 2 gallons of gas and no detail clean. Also no floor mats no windshield fluid and 18% oil life. With no owners manual as well. The process was simple and easy but the little things matter.

All went well they got me a good interest rate and fixed
All went well they got me a good interest rate and fixed the back up camera for me! I didn't ask them to they just did it!!! The car was clean and ready to go!!

I am disappointed that I wasn’t told the car was in an
I am disappointed that I wasn’t told the car was in an accident. I didn’t do the test drive on the freeway, so I didn’t hear how loud the air noise would sound. The driver door doesn’t fit properly. It is tight on the bottom and loose on the top, by my ear, so I have to listen to very loud wind and road noise. I’m going to have to pay someone to fix it, if it is possible to fix it. 😡
