Wide selection of vehicles and service is great!

great service great people

we stopped by the service dpt one afternoon told them what we wanted told us it would take about 3 hrs we had a dr appointment the next day we came in left the car a driver took us to the dr office whe we were finished there called and in a few minutes a driver picked us up when we got back to the dealer all that was needed to be done was the paperwork saved us a lot of time all the staff is very helpful

Keith is the shop office was very professional and personable. He got right to our estimate and ordered parts. When I came out to get my rental vehicle the guys from the shop were already checking out my truck and pulling it into the shop. Repairs were done faster than I had figured they would be and when I came to pick up my truck, it was very clean inside and out, showroom ready! we have bought several vehicles from Serra and both of our sons are have bought SUVs from them and are very pleased as well!

Always Great Experience

The service people were very courteous and friendly. They actually finished my vehicle 15 minutes earlier than their initial estimate. The gentleman at the desk greeted me as soon as I came in the door and quickly got everything going to fix my vehicle. Then when it was completed, he came to the waiting area to let me know. The lady at the cashier desk is always wonderful. She is cheerful and friendly and gets the customers in and out quickly. I have zero complaints about this service or any other service I have had at Serra in Jackson.

Poor service by service department

Brought a 2014 kia in was told engine locked up they would not honor warranty due to customer abuse when I called to inform them I would be picking the vehicle up instead of letting them install a new motor I was informed that I had to pay 119 dollars for diagnosis charge before they could release it. I guess the value of a customer is 119 dollars or less. Would not recommend.

Amazing Experience

Buying a car is easy and Sonja will help you get in what your desires are with ease. Service Department See Below At first it was not going good. Had already came one time for the same issue and it didn't get resolved. The second time I had Caleb Croom as my service rep and he was fantastic. He made me feel like I was very important to Serra ad that my service was important. From giving me a car to drive while my was be repaired to keeping me up on the progress of my repair. I give him a five star and thank you for employing great young men like that.

Amazing Experience

Our sales person Dustin was amazing! He would way beyond any service I have received from a car salesperson. We are very thankful for him being so kind and generous to our family. He helped entertain my kids while we signed paperwork and picked the car up from work when a few things were overlooked in the maintenance of the car. He is such an asset to your company!

Excellent Customer Service

The Nice young man named Caleb was very patient and kind and was able to answer every question I had. He was very knowledgeable about the services and no question made me feel bad for asking or saying what was on my mind. He is a true asset to your business. Service is what it is all about when you spend hard earned money that you really don't have to spare on car repairs. I could have went somewhere else but your reputation was a no brainer for me. Fast follow through and what was told to me was handled just that way. Thanks for making it a pleasant as possible experience I will come back when I have the money to continue my repairs. My car is running much better!! Thanks so much. :)
