I went into Auto Express in search of a new blue sportage. John Bizzarro walked up to me right away to assist me. He found the perfect blue sportage I was looking for and I made my purchase. Thank you, John your a great salesman!!!!

We really don't like the whole "buying a new car experience" but John Bizzarro made this a good one. He worked very hard to get us into the right vehicle. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive and we appreciated all his hard work to get us a good deal. The next and last step was financing and that is where we didn't feel we were getting the best deal possible and left.

I have a2019 Kia Sportage, I bought from the dealership new. I have nothing negative to say about this dealership, The staff is kind and friendly, it's CLEAN! The service department is excellent, very friendly and really listen to what you have to say, they don't make you feel like your an idiot because you don't know much about cars and they don't take advantage of that fact either! Good people working there, always take great care of my car in a timely manner, and have always gotten it done right the first time! I love this dealership, I love their service department, and I love my Kia! I just wish Kia would start to make a full size pick-up truck next!

I purchased a 2022 Telluride here last year. Love the vehicle. Plenty of room to haul most purchases at Lowes or Home Depot. Also love the alarms it gives you when backing up or changing lanes. I brought the car in for yearly inspection and service. Service was prompt and done correctly.

Worst dealer ever.wont take care of problem they started by putting bad brakes on our car. Then blame us for there crappie products. Any veterans beware. Dont buy from here. Kia joe is a crook dosen't care about anything but his profit.

I had a great purchase experience. Awesome people to work with in all departments. The lower star rating is due to trying to use coupons for servicing my car. Gave them to the service man, was told they were applied to my bill. Got home, had time to actually read it to find out that in fact they were not. Inspection, oil change and alignment 195.00 when I had a 30.00 off inspection coupon and an any service complimentary free coupon. hmmmmm. Where did they go?? I saw 21.00 off something, what was that? They said my back tires were out of alignment, not my front (didn't know how something like that would happen) What? I use coupons because I need too!!!!

Auto Express Kia was very accommodating and helpful while we were looking to purchase a new Kia Sorrento. They answered all our questions and were very patient with us.

Every time I have called or emailed anyone about anything they are quick to respond. Everyone is smiling when you walk in and very friendly! The normal wait time was made easier with the large space and free Wifi, especially since my son was with us. It was all so much better then past experiences!!!
