I purchased a 2013 F-150 with extremely low miles from Keith. I had a long drive to see the truck and he assisted me with putting down a deposit on it so I would not miss out. Keith was very friendly and the buying process was very easy. No high pressure sales tactics gimmicks. There was an issue with the parking brake light coming on during the test drive which could not be diagnosed since it was late on a Saturday. Keith and his manager committed to taking care of it and they allowed me to take it to my local dealer and reimburse for the repair since I lived so far away. They followed through with their commitment to “make it right” and I am very pleased with my experience! Keith even mailed me my Ez-Pass, which I accidentally left in my trade in. Great buying experience, great customer service, and the truck was an exceptional find!

Worst company ever! Promised to fix an issue with the vehicle told me parts were back ordered on 30th day tell me no parts were ordered.

I was looking for a new car. Was greeted right at the door and taken care of until I left. Unfortunately there was nothing I was interested in. I will definitely be keeping in touch with them.

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I feel comfortable when I bring my vehicle to an auto service that doesn't have a new staff every appointment.

I was pleased with the friendliness and a not pushy sales team. We weren't all of the way ready to make as purchase as we hadn't totally decided on AWD or 4wd. And the fella was STILL very nice about it, they didn't seem to able to quite meet what we were looking for, might be a unicorn, who knows! They tested our trade, and made us a good offer. The experience as a whole was fantastic, and I will do business with them in the future, based on professionalism alone.

Went to get the oil changed today on my Kia Forte that I bought last Fall --and Todd in the svc dept was so kind and professional--ended up getting my inspection done too--all within an hour--got to see the salesman who sold me my car --always a pleasure to see Bobby ..he's just so friendly ...i'll recommend Auto Express to my friends & family

We own two Kia?s and an Indian Motorcycle - Auto Express Kia and Indian of Erie are the Best. Service is always top notch and in Kia Service Tim and Josh are the best. Always helpful professional and courteous.

Staff is all friendly and professional. They make the process of buying a car easy and comfortable. Upon returning my vehicle for a minor repair the service department was equally as good. I must mention two names that stand out in my mind, Josh and Heather, they are great!

We had a wonderful experience with leasing our Sportage. Our lease was up on our previous car and tried Kia after hearing their ad. Kia took care of the lease on our old vehicle and had us in a new Sportage within a few hours. I think it helped that we were there on a weekday because it was not an overwhelming experience.
