Wonderful car and service from Natalie

We just bought a New Kia Niro Touring car from Natalie Coleman at Kia and she is a fantastic sales person. No pressure just good answers and was really up to date on all the extras on the car. She answered all our questions quickly and correctly. We got everthing we asked for and the dealership backed her up. This is a great place to buy a car. Thank you Kia and thank you Natalie.

Was told car was perfect. Check light on in 2 days

Started off good. I also came financed through my bank. Asked the salesman about the car and was told it was perfect. Turn key go anywhere nothing wrong with it. So I sign the 'as is' paper work because I do try to trust people on their word. Anyway fast forward two days later and I get a check engine light on my 'turn key go anywhere car' and it's emissions related. The part(that actual is produced anymore, so I will have to hunt the part down) will cost me around 400 and around 300 for labor. I think what makes it frustrating is I emailed the gentleman who sold the car to me and told me the car was perfect and I never received anything back. Nothing not even sorry for your luck. I guess my advice would be get a second opinion if you are looking at one of their used cars.

Kia Niro

The dealership did an fantastic job! Bobby was a great salesman, answering all our questions and providing a lot of information and assistance. The sales manager and finance dept great as well.

Over all great experince!

So my first car broke down after 4 month, and I ended up needing a new car. My Dealer went above and beyond for me. After figuring out my price range, and what I needed, he showed me Nice black 2012 Suzuki. The car pretty much purrs every time I start her up. Aside from the quiet engine, it was smooth and great on gas. When it came to getting approved by the bank they really did more than I could ask for. All the staff were very nice, easy to talk to, and not once did I feel like anyone was just trying to close a deal. They understood what I needed and made sure I got what I wanted. If you're looking to replace your car, or add to your collections, this is the place to be.

The Best experience every buying a car Ever

Husband an I where shopping around for SUVs in the Meadville area . They could not match use up with what we wanted to purchase . Went up to Auto Express Kia in Erie,Pa Wattsburg Drive an the hunt was over . From the time we walked in the front door till the time we left the facility in our very own 2015 KIA Sportage Everyone was so curtious an so Professional . An very willing to help , but we really have to tip our hats to the Sales person of the year Mr Chris Strong . What a Amazing an dedicated employee for Auto Express Kia he is diffently a Great assist to your dealership . Keep up the Amazing work Auto Express you all have my business now an in the future !!!!

will not honor what they say they will

I brought a brand new kizashi 5 months ago.. I bought the highest rewards card.. supposedly would save me thousands.. or so I was told. They have now switched the whole program.. without warning. They will not honor anything they said they would. A huge waste of money. I will never go back.
