I shopped many, many, dealers and ran into all the tricks. Having sold cars myself at one time, I knew those tricks. Prestige Auto Mall tried no tricks and honestly gave me the best deal on a car to be found. Joe Martin, my salesman at Prestige personally drove the car several times and, each time, he realized there was another small repair for the dealership to make before delivery. It took a few days more to get the car but it was well worth. Once Joe was done, I received a car that was like new.

Vehicle of my dreams
John Hang was my salesman he made my buying experience very easy I live over 2 hours away we did everything by text had to deal all set up I came in had an issue with one of the spots on the door immediately he took it in had his detailers fix the situation everybody was polite friendly would recommend it to anybody I purchased a 2016 Cadillac Escalade for about $6,000 under anybody else's price

They hung up on a potential buyer, that says it all
I called about a car they had listed today 5/25/18. It was for $15991 for a 2009 dodge challenger. Model #: LCDP22 VIN #: 2B3LJ54T09H633524 Stock#: A06604. Carfax listed no accidents but autochek listed a rear left fender impact. We called and talked to a Jim. We asked about this and he said he didn't know anything about it as their carfax showed no problems. They are in Ohio and we live in Missouri. I could obviously not check out car. So there site says make offer. I asked him what he would take for CASH money. He stated they just listed it today and wanted full price. I offered what I thought was a good cash price due to the accident problem and the travel situation. He stated to me "what, I should charge locals more?" I said no that I was on the phone now offering money and no locals where looking at it or on the other line. I said I would offer $14500 for it, Then he hung up. There was no polite sorry I cannot accept that or counter offer. What a xxxxx. salesperson and I guess a rep of what kind of company you are dealing with. In my opinion, I wouldn't buy or service a car from them EVER! I would just keep driving and know that my money went somewhere else and to some company who wants my business (and repeat business) and my cash money. BUYER BEWARE!

No pressure buying
I found prestige to he a hassle free experience. They had the car I was looking for., in an excellent and clean condition, which I am loving right now. I worked with DaVee, who I found to be professional, personal and did pressure you into buying. The team there really worked with you to get you into your new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get into a new car.

Revoke my previous 5 Star Review!
5/19/18-Smooth talkers! Elliott was our salesman. Talked about our children and how we’re building a home. Super nice. I was told the 2013 Ford Explorer I purchased came with a key fob. It didn’t. So they promised me a key fob. It’s been 3 weeks. Still no key fob. My alarm sounds every time I unlock it! 2 hours after the purchase my check engine light came on. Fixed the problem cost $500. After multiple calls to the manager John finally answered and sent Justin onto Shawn the maintenance guy, he was the most helpful and honest. Shawn sent us a check for $350 of the $500 cost in replacing what was wrong. My check engine light came on again this morning! Which now means we need to contact the warranty place to report the problem and take it to a ford dealership. Taking more time off work when I have a car payment and we’re building a home is horrible. Especially when you spend as much as we did on this vehicle. Where I come from a man keeps his word. They couldn’t even keep their word (that’s written in the papers) about giving me a key fob. Very disappointed in this dealership. And apparently the vehicle that was supposed to be safe for my family can’t even start. Extremely disappointed. 5/23/18 Update: My Explorer has been at the dealership for 3 days now! They can’t find the leak. I haven’t made the first months payment yet. And now I’m going on day 3 of not having my vehicle. Do your research and read the reviews on their Facebook page!
