I can't speak for other sales folks, but John I can. He is very busy but is a good time manager from my experience. I'm one of those consumers with little patience and even less time to waste. He picked up on that right away and made the transaction as seamless as possible even though we did 75 percent of it via phone. I've been a manager for a long time and have always stood by "say what you do and do what you say". He did that for me

My experience with Prestige Automall has been awesome. From my sales woman, Dionna Hopson, who was very helpful in finding the best car for me. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She didn't put any pressure on me or try to force a car I did not want. She was awesome! John Beaver, my finance guy, who located the best financing to purchase the vehicle, going above and beyond giving me assurance on my deal and he has great follow up to any questions or concerns I had during this process. He also is funny and makes you laugh. This experience of purchasing my new car has been a great experience and I highly recommend Prestige Automall. Service department did a great job putting new tires on my car and the car itself is in excellent shape and runs like it's brand new! Very satisfied customer.

I shopped many, many, dealers and ran into all the tricks. Having sold cars myself at one time, I knew those tricks. Prestige Auto Mall tried no tricks and honestly gave me the best deal on a car to be found. Joe Martin, my salesman at Prestige personally drove the car several times and, each time, he realized there was another small repair for the dealership to make before delivery. It took a few days more to get the car but it was well worth. Once Joe was done, I received a car that was like new.

Right away the salesman DaVEE was very friendly and replied fast and overall was just a great person to buy a car off of I would recommend this dealership to a friend also because of their wide variety of cars on the lot.
