We had been looking everywhere for our son's first car. We stopped at VA quality motors on Fern valley road and Freddie helped as much as he could. He told us about their other lot on Dixie highway and we found just the right car. Dave was really helpful in the purchase was super easy.

Awesome dealership!
Had a wonderful experience buying my LW300 from them. The salesman was knowledgeable, attentive, and addressed all my concerns. Good variety of models in affordable price ranges!
A nice selection of vehicles, and advertised deals in stock. The salesman was attentive, but unlike so many lots, willing to listen, really listen, to my expectations in a vehicle. Obviously, Mark, our sales rep, had the experience and patience to answer all of our questions, and yet not try to guide our choices. Other lots we've shopped were good, but assistance of this caliber is indeed rare. A clear understanding that repeat customers, and their family and friends, are the foundation of real success in any sales type venues. No gimmicks, no 'specials' that cannot be offered later, plainly stated, no games. Not enough salesmen with this perspective are to be found. We are very satisfied and will most certainly shop here again, and will gladly recommend it to friends and family.

Frustrated shopper
After many attempts in contacting this dealership, both through Cars.com, and e-mails directly to the dealer, I received ZERO responses, and have starting shoping elsewhere.

Paul, we are sincerely sorry that you feel we ignored you. Emails and inquiries are vital to our business. Each inquiry receives at least one email response from me, and if a phone number is given, they receive a call from a sales associate. I really don't see how we could have missed multiple attempts on your part.

Excellent Service!
I was really pleased with the customer service given to me. The salesman took the time to answer all my questions and really made the car buying process easy for me. Also the manager seemed like he really wanted to help me out and gave me a good deal on the car I bought. These guys make sure that you are satisfied with your car. If something is wrong with it, they work to make it right with their A1 repair shop. Even normal repairs are done quickly at a excellent price! You must start your car search here because you won't go anywhere else. I've bought 6 cars for the whole family here and will not trust another dealer or workshop in Louisville!
