Hendrick MINI

In the past, I have purchased vehicles that were different makes and models. Purchasing a vehicle from Hendrick Mini was the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had!!! I don?t know how else to explain this other than this analogy. I go to Wal-Mart to purchase groceries because I need to. I go to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and The Fresh Market because I want to. The level of customer service that you receive at the more upscale grocery stores is the very same as the level of customer service that you receive at Hendrick Mini and especially with Logan Britt. Since I have not ever had a Mini before, I was not sure about the lights on the dash and what they represent. Logan is just a text, e-mail or phone call away, if ever I have a question about my Mini. My car was purchased in January of this year. In April I received a Happy Birthday text and in May a Happy Mother?s day text. I am amazed that the customer service does not stop once you sign the papers and leave the dealership. This must be what they are referring to as the "Mini Experience."

Excellent experience buying my daughter's MINI for her birthday. Cody Martyna was patient and thorough answering all our safety questions. He demonstrated a high level of competency and knowledge of the MINI Copper line. Everything from the initial visit to the final stages was streamlined and efficient, and represented what a car buying experience should be from start to finish. My wife and I purchased yet ANOTHER MINI at Hendrick MINI. We loved our last purchase experience with Cody Martyna, our salesperson, which was also the third MINI we purchased with him. He listened to our needs then helped us find the perfect car for us. After that, he explained all of the features he thought we might want on our vehicle then found the perfect car. He was awesome! He has provided superior customer service to me and has stayed on top of the process and has kept me informed along the way. I had a wonderful experience when I went to get my husband some accessories for his birthday for his beloved Mini. I walked in and asked for parts and was quickly directed to that department where Richard greeted me with a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoy traveling so Richard suggested a roof rack for any extras we may need room for and also pointed out some nice new mirror covers. He was great! He knew what he was talking about, gave me a great price and even helped install the roof rack. I will most definitely recommend Hendrick Mini to all our Mini loving friends for their parts and accessory needs and also to anyone else who has a Mini in mind.

I went to Hendrick recently to test drive another Mini; before arriving, I'd already narrowed my car search to the Mini make, but was still undecided on a model and was anxious about shopping process in general as this would be my first large purchase without significant parental oversight. Cody made the testing process easy and enjoyable - highlighting the car's many features, and encouraging me to test them myself. Once I'd narrowed in on a specific vehicle, he helped explain my financing and warranty options in a way that was easily understood. I eventually decided to make the purchase and returned a few days later to finalize paperwork. The Hendrick team had fully detailed the car, and Cody took more time to help connect my phone to Bluetooth, learn to use the audio system, and familiarize myself with the Mini's unique features. Dustin then helped efficiently walk me through the paperwork process, making sure I understood what I was signing while also moving through the documents quickly. All in all, a great experience - I'll be recommending Hendrick to friends and family.

I have been enjoying customizing my MINI. Richard Castillo, the MINI parts manager, has been fantastic at helping me every step of the way with parts. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with!

The entire experience was great! We didn't buy a Mini. Instead we bought a pre-owned other model car. The service Patrick, the salesman gave us was amazing. The sales manager, Todd was wonderful to work with. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
