Just traded for a 2016 MINI Cooper S...and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!! I read reviews online about the dealership and reached out directly to Cody Martyna based on the great reviews he has...and he didn’t disappoint! We coordinated the details of the sale beforehand and when I arrived at the dealership, Cody had everything in order and ready to go. Hendrick MINI has a well-deserved reputation for superior customer service and it’s obvious why. Cody was fantastic to work with and I would definitely buy from him and Hendrick again!!

I recently purchased a low Mileage pre owned Mini from Hendrick Mini of Charlotte. I found the low mileage Mini on line and although it was in the color I wanted and the type 2 door hardtop that I wanted I was a little reluctant to buy from a dealer 2 1/2 hour drive away. My Motoring Advisor Kyle Hasslinger and other Staff I met set my mind at rest. Kyle was courteous and knowledgeable and since the sale has continued to respond to any questions I have asked via email or phone call promptly and fully.While I could take the vehicle to a Dealership closer to home for any future Service despite the distance I will go back to Hendrick.
