purchase of van

I tried to contact this dealer at least 2 time and I never got a reply from. Very disappointing service from the dealer I might say..now I am glad they didnt contact me as who knows how the service would have been at that point.

Not worth the time

I came in to test drive a couple cars I saw on cars.com and when I got there the staff was unfriendly. Didn't welcome us let alone got up from their desk to talk to me. Before I could even look at the cars I was interested in I was told because of my credit score and lack of down payment they wouldn't be able to help me get into a vehicle.

selling as is

Looking for a vehicle for my son. They had the vehicle he was looking for. We asked if they knew of any issues and all they said they we selling as is. We asked them to take it to our mechanic and they were very willing to do so. We found there were about $800 in safety repairs that needed done along with other items that were needed with the age of the vehicle. They would not fix the safety issues or come down on the price. I asked them if they would disclose these issues to the next buyer and they said they were selling it as is. For the next buyers, I hope you take it to your mechanic.

B&D Shopping trip

I would give a better review if my husband Darin and I had not been told that the Land Rover needed a new engine. This is right after taking one look at us, and then saying to us even if that was not the case I still would not sell it to you. I am disabled and rising a disabled daughter, along with going to college for a BSAD Degree. I do not need to be told that the auto, that I ran on car facts is not working. When the car facts does not report this.

The Land Rover did have a bad engine, and we did not sell it to anyone. Carfax does not have all info all the time.

Never again...too shady

Every answer to my questions was a lie. I had to do a thousand in repairs. They were too casual and didnt seem to care if they sold a car or not. Didnt like the finance guy at all and I paid cash.

Good service; GREAT CAR!!

They had the car we were looking for. They were friendly and helpful. They communicated promptly with us and there were no surprises except the comfortable leather couch and warm fireplace in their lounge area.

Did not respond to email. Too bad too, I was willing to drive to Lincoln that day to purchase the vehicle.

Great Service

This was my first time to this dealer and I would not hesitate to go there again. I had seen the ads from on-line and decided to give them a call. They answered my finance questions and sis a pre-check to see if I qualified. I came in from Bellevue and they were ready to help me. The car I wanted I didn?t get but checked on my second option and it was a perfect fit. They did not hassle me and where ready to help at every turn. Great job!

Fast, friendly, and helpful!

This was a great car buying experience for my family! We got exactly what we were looking for with absolutely no run-around. The guys stayed late for us on a Sunday night to get our application put through for Monday morning! Wonderful!
