Vehicle gave error codes while I was out of my hometown and Lithia was able to squeeze me in to look at it to determine if I would be able to get home. With the cold weather and the transmission codes showing up, it was best to leave it there. Of course they were unable to get me a vehicle to get me back to Fargo since the rental place was closed, but they did try. Thankfully I did have family to help me out there. Lithia kept in touch every step of the way to let me know what was going on and did not mind when I kept calling (even though unnecessary) to keep checking on the status of things. I am happy with the service provided!

Quick turn around!! Friendly welcoming staff and hot coffee. I keep the oil changed here so I am in often always a good interaction. Have had issues elsewhere with my daughters cars so will be sending them in soon.
