I just want to thank Marty for always being super helpful & on time. I can call him when something is going on with my vehicle and he always is sure to work around my busy work schedule and get me in as soon as possible. I needed my inspection done, I called, brought my car in and was done within 30 minutes. Marty takes care of his customers & for that I will always use Lithia of Corpus Christi for my service needs.

Excellent service!
I brought my new Grand Cherokee in for an issue, and while it was not a warranty item, I received prompt, courteous, and most importantly, competent diagnosis and repair of my issue. Advisor Monica Lashon and technician Chris were first rate; Monica helped me with scheduling my repair and kept me informed during the process, and Chris methodically identified my issue, then completed the repair in a timely manner. This is my second Grand Cherokee I have purchased from Lithia, and one of the primary reasons is the excellent service department that I trust. Thank you Monica and Chris!

New car service
Very good service; Oil Change , tire rotation, recall on a sensor. Shuttle Service good The only problem is that I thought I was supposed to have free oil changes. This was the first oil change in my new car and I had to pay for it. Also, I had to pay for the tire rotation. Can you please advise on this. Also, I did have to buy a new tire at a Firestone in San Antonio during the Thanksgiving Holidays, and I have the Tire Protection plan. I contacted 2 Jeep Dealers and no one had the tire I needed in stock. So that's why I wen to Fire Stone. It was the right back passenger tire, and there was a small piece of rubber torn off and the coils were exposed. They said I may have hit the corner of a curb. So I need to know if I need to send in my receipt to the information listed on the paperwork. Please advise

State Inspection
I brought my van in for the anual state inspection, the van was taken back within a few minutes and within a reasonable amount of time I had my certificate and my van back. The service department is good and very responsible. The car is clean with no greasy fingerprints on the car or steering wheel.
