my 2016 ram has been perfect. i had 2 recalls however. Made an appointment. got right in , Repaired and on my way in less than 90 minutes . so 1st experience could not have been better.

Second Visit
I was treated very well when I purchased my son's vehicle in June that I went back to trade in my vehicle in September. I had no issues and my salesperson was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Service Department Very Good
I have been using the same service rep for the last 5 vans that I purchased at this dealership going back to when it was Creveling Dodge. Daniel Ramos takes great care to make sure that my vehicle is done right.. His service team is excellent and keeps the car clean.

Service check
Requested a service check/oil change before the 10,000 mile cycle due to a 3,000 mile round trip for job training. I’m attending a school in a very cold climate, it already snowed here and I’m not even sure whats in my radiator. My DEF needed servicing but I put in a few gallons. I should check my tire pressures and windshield washer fluid...surprised to find a Lithia dealer here in this part of the country, in case I need anything

oil change
Went in for an oil change-expected to spend 2 plus hours and I was in and out in about an hour! Everyone was very professional, courteous and it was so quick! Excellent customer service!!

I bought my Dodge in 2013 at Mark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Lake Charles, LA. The service department was absolutely terrible with both the service of my vehicle and customer service. I have free oil changes from them and refuse to even use them. The blatant disregard for my vehicle by that dealership truly changed my mind about even purchasing another dodge vehicle until I was serviced by the Lithia dealership in Corpus Christi. On Monday, 9/17 everything from the moment that I came in until I returned later that day was an amazing experience. Thanks for being a true and honest dealership. This is how you earn and retain customers by having integrity and a genuine concern for your customer and their vehicle. Thanks again Lithia!!!!!
