Service was great

The only thing that I had to wait on the Tech that changed my oil. Since I had a Chrysler Contract I had to wait for a special tech to do my oil change so my wait was a little long

Save your money!! Bad service!!

Took our truck into the service department for an error with the Regen system and to perform recalls on the truck. There were 5 recalls. 4 days later we call because we had not heard anything from them. The service writer asked to call us back. 5 minutes later she calls and says that there is a problem and it is not covered under warranty. A $5000 problem. Told her we were picking the truck up to get a second opinion. Picked up the truck and none of the recalls were completed. Took it to a private diesel mechanic, the water pump was out( one of the recalls) and it needed computer updates. Be warned and save your money from these crooks!! Talked to the assistant manager in service and was told we were getting a refund in everything we had to spend (approx. $600) and have not seen anything yet since August.. I have emailed several times and was told payment was sent out. They didn't even have our address correct. So, be warned!!!

Steve Wray is Dabomb!

Went in looking for one thing came out with another. If I was never forced to change my mind it did it on its own! Steve showed me everything I wanted to see and took the time to explain the new features on the new truck.

300 oil change

I purchase the multiple oil changers for per amount for both of my vehicles and that’s why continue to go to Chrysler dealers here

Excellent Service Department

Quick response and reliable service👍🏻😀Monica was quick to help as I was traveling and from out of state. I expected a multi day delay but was supposed that my travel was taken into consideration to get me into the service department and issue resolved.

Rudy and Crew - Personable - Professional - Price Sensitive

Rudy and the service bay crew were on point, friendly and welcoming early on a Monday morning. I had called early Saturday morning; this past weekend, to inquire about availability for an oil change and service. After being told that they had a bay full of vehicles, around 10 o'clock, there was a three to four hour turn over; we had a conversation about Monday morning. I was told it was a first come, first served basis and that y'all opened at 7 o'clock. Perhaps early Monday morning would be a better time then? sure was.. Turned over the 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude around 7:45 and had it back in hand by 11:45. Nicely y'all. Everyone is appreciated!
