DO Not go HERE! They are very friendly when your interested in purchasing a vehicle but when it comes to making arrangements and sticking to them they are HORRIBLE. I had to go through a horrible ordeal just to get my hard tags. It was excuse after excuse from everyone. Then I was having some mechanical issues with my vehicle , mind you I still had temp tags not even 30 days old and I mentioned it to the tag n title person I was told I brought the car it is not their problem its mine. Im giving you a fair warning DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere else. I will continue to post everywhere i can to let them know that you cant treat people llike anything. They were rude and very unprofessional. When i asked to speak with the owner i was told he wasnt there numerous times. Time after time. DONT go to Washington Blvd Motors in Arlington, VA ! I PURCHASE A BMW FROM THIS DEALER. THE CAR WAS A PIECE OF JUNK. I HAD TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP AT LEAST 10 TIME FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. 2 OF THE TIMES I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP THE EMPLOYEES WHERE NOT THERE. I HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST AN HOUR OR TWO, BY THAT TIME OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE COMING AND GOING. LONG STORY SHORT THE CAR WAS IN A BAD ACCIDENT ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO AND THE DEALERSHIP NEVER INFORM ME. I REQUESTED A CARFAX REPORT BUT, NEVER RECEIVED IT. I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR NOW DUE TO THE ACCIDENT AND THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ASSIST ME WITH ANYTHING. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THEY HANG UP ON ME. PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T BUY FROM THEM. BE WARE OF THE SO CALLED FINANCE MANAGER TONY,HE WILL HAVE YOU LYING TO THE FINANCE COMPANY AND ANYONE ELSE TO GET THE SELL DONE. THE OWNER ALI IS JUST AS BAD. THIS BUSINESS HAS JUNK CARS THAT ONLY RUN 6 MONTHS AFTER YOU BUT THEM. I WILL RIDE THE METRO BEFORE I BUY FROM THEM..
