Reasonable and Professional

My issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. Bryan was very professional and kind. He kept me informed throughout. I would recommend Sands to everyone.

Unhappy

They are helpful if you don't care about having a payment. They are way to pushy and I am no happy with their service.

It was awesome customer service by Bryan who took great care

When I first got there I wasn't on the board but Bryan came over and took control and started the process. He was Professional, courteous, and Friendly. It was a great experience.

DEF res heating element went bad

Warning lights came on, called service and explained what warning light were on. Told me it was covered by warranty, had parts and if I could come in that day - in/out same day!! I have used Sands since moving to Surprise in mid 2017, and has always been a pleasant experience with no surprises, exact time lines and dollars. I highly recommend their service dept. and will continue using them until they give me reason not to.

GM don't stand behind there product, or service they do

GM does not stand behind there product, or the service received in there dealerships. Never will own another GM product. Also there willingness to look up service done at other dealerships is poor.

Completed on time and correctly

Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed and hand dried it again and it looks good. Worked with Ken Ashby who took care of me. He knows what he is doing and kept me informed along the way.

Fast and efficient service

Jake, always provides great service and speed is also very important when you depend on your vehicles to perform your daily functions. with Jake at Sands Chevrolet that is always his priority to return vehicles an soon as possible which makes life 100% easier to comply with the dat to day quota. if you’re wondering if a car dealership is going to really take care of you walking in to the dealership with high expectations. there’s one thing you have to keep in mind if there’s something that concerns you or something you’re not happy with you have to give them the chance to meet your expectations you have to let them now if there something you’re not happy with or something that concerns you if it’s something with the vehicle or the people that work for the dealership so basically what I’m saying there was concerns on how my experience was I told Mike the service manager my concerns he told me to come back again to take care of the things I wasn’t happy about and that’s what makes a good dealership so I’m extremely happy with the end result of my experience with the Sands in Surprise I highly recommend this dealership my car salesman was Brian bowling Internet sales if you’re looking for a vehicle. if you’re going for a pitstop or you need something done to your car Mike service manager these two people are very highly recommended in my book
