I enjoyed my experience with this dealership they are family owned and you can tell they are very proud of the way they treat customers. They are young men so i was a little nervous at first. They made me feel at ease right away and i believe it was one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a car. I will be more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.

For buying a used vehicle, they had several that were possible and one that I really liked. Needed repairs after leaving the site and they fixed it with no problem.

after we got our car home over the first couple of weeks, we had an intermittent problem with one tire. it would sometimes hold air for a few days sometimes 1 day. knowing that this was my young daughter driving the car Jeff offered to replace all 4 tires and we accepted. it was a more than fair solution to the problem, and I was very happy with how we were treated.

Was in the market for a Ford Escape and saw they had one for $10k, with 121 miles. I dropped everything and went to go see the car. 10 min later I get a call saying he can’t start the car and that he’ll call me after the mechanic looks at it. I call back 3 days later after not hearing from them and get told the car was sent off to auction due to a bad transmission. Great. Dodged a bullet. My dad started looking for cars for me online and came across the same car. A week and a half AFTER I was told the car went off to the auction. Oh, and my dad also drove an hour because the guy said he’d do 7k cash. We thought, well maybe they thought I called about a diff car that went to auction. Nope. Dad gets there and the guy says he can’t test drive it because it sounds like crap when it starts. Take the car off your xxxx site if it’s not even drivable down the street! Not only was I personally lied to but my father was lied to as well. If you tell someone they can come test drive the car. Make sure it’s even drivable...

Buyers BEWARE Spent over 10 thousand dollars on a used vehicle. Come to find out the 'new tires' were scalloped. Within a week, had random dash lights and random misfire. Giguere promised to fix it. Not only did he not remedy the situation, but after offering to replace the tires, he then said we had to pay for them. Brought it in to have the lights on the dash reviewed. He suggested an oil change. Picked up the car with the same dash problems and a $70 dollar oil change. I do not recommend this company and we will never buy another vehicle from him.

Jeff Giguere operates a highly professional and trustworthy dealership. He sold me a used Toyota Corolla in mint condition and made improvements without increasing the price of the vehicle. Jeff was courteous and thorough throughout the purchasing process.
