Giguere Auto Wholesalers

I was looking for a truck to haul my new camper. Went to other dealerships where they were extremely dishonest. Took a ride one Sunday just looking and came across Giguerro. They were very friendly, and very honest. Only problem I had was I couldn't take it for a longer test drive since the tank was on empty. I would definitely recommend and go back to purchase a vehicle.

Just want to thank Bob and Jeff. Stopped by to look at a Jeep, Bob and I talked about the Food industry...lol, while Jeff did a little bit of math. I walked out happy and with the Jeep I wanted. You guys were GREAT to work with!!

My husband and I went to this used car dealer to try and find 2 cars for us. We had our untrusting guard up and was prepared to deal with the typical used car dealership experience. We were delightfully surprised when we were greeted by a really awesome, super sweet, down to earth woman (Tara) who introduced us to her husband (Jeff) a really great charismatic down to earth man. We knew we wanted to look at a specific car there and they told us all about the car, pulled it out and let us test drive. Can you believe there was no crummy sales pitch, no guy in a suit pestering us and no pushy business? We couldn't believe it either. My husband and I explained our credit and financial capabilities and had a lot of questions. Never once did they make us feel judged or that we were taking up too much of their time or made us feel pushed or rushed. While Tara started paperwork for us on the car we chose they did not have a second car in their inventory that we wanted so I asked if it was possible for them to try and find me a car as close as possible to the car we already wanted and we were left in shock when their answer was yes we will do our best!!!!! Jeff said he would start looking for us right away and please give him a week maybe week and a half. Holy guacamole if they had not already impressed us we were definatly impressed then. Tara and Jeff were super great explaining paperwork, the processes step by step and everything we wanted and needed to know as we have not had a car loan in a very long time. So 3 days later I got a voicemail from super awesome Jeff telling me he found the perfect car for me and I can come to see it and test drive as soon as I want. I could not believe it and I was cautiously skeptical. I went to see it the next day and I don't know how he did it but this man only spoke to me for about 1 hour total and he picked a car out for me like he has personally known me for years!!! So needless to say I wanted the car and super awesome Tara jumped through hoops and did the paperwork and my husband and I ended up getting both cars. Jeff and Tara are truly fantastic people that treat people right and has completely changed the used car dealership experience.

Giguere Auto is a diamond in the rough among used car buying experience. Jeff, Tara, Jeffrey and Jeremy are all involved in this fantastic family owned business. My wife and I bought a 2009 VW Tiguan AWD from Giguere Auto , and when we got it home I noticed a small oil leak , which I could see was at the top of the engine, and easily missed when being inspected (valve cover gasket) called and let Jeff know the issue. He told me to bring it back when I could get back there , and he offered another AWD vehicle as loaner. That worked out great , because it didn't inconvenience my wife's commute to work. Jeff had his mechanic do another inspection , and discovered the (rear main seal, spark plugs, and the axle ) needed to be replaced. They replaced the parts with quality VW parts. He called to let me know when they were done test driving it , and the loaner was returned. Jeff did everything to repair the vehicle , and more to make certain my wife would be safe in her 2009 VW Tiguan. She loves this thing, and when my 2005 Audi goes to its resting place I will be up to visit Jeff and his family looking for my car or truck. It is very rare that a dealership takes care of its customers like Jeff and his family does. When my co-workers are looking for a quality used car or truck I will send them to Giguere Auto. This dealership believes very much in repeat business , and treating people /customers like family.

We were so satisfied with our purchasing experience at Giguere so much that we actually went back three days later and purchased a second vehicle. Jeff and Bob are extremely ethical, low pressure sales consultants-notice my wording-no pressure, simply there to help and see that your every need is met and any concerns are addressed. You simply won't find a better dealer in NH, and I say that with out any reservation, as I researched and visited dozens of other dealerships before I found these guys. And, just as a last tidbit, we are Cash paying customers, not relying on credit or desperation to make a deal. That's how good they are. Hands down, bar none, Really the Best.

I was looking for a truck on a budget and Bob gave me a couple good options. He also took the time to help calculate payments with different loan lengths, rates and amounts before we even looked at anything. Really helped me get an idea of what I could afford.

This was the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had! Jeff was quick to call me back and he was a tremendous help through every step of the way. He also was able to get me a great rate with a credit union. I went and picked up the vehicle and the papers were all ready. He was even cool with my kids in the way haha.

I drive by Giguere Auto every day I go to work and the inventory has always impressed me. My wife and I were not in the market for a different vehicle, until the old one died. We were in a bind and needed something fast. We stopped in and were greeted by Bob. We knew right away that we were going to be treated right. We already had an idea of what we wanted, and we were not pushed into something we didn't want. We showed up on the Friday before Christmas at about 2:30. I'm sure everyone wanted to get out of there, but Jeff and Tara worked to make sure things were done right, not rushed to just get us out of there. By the way, thanks again for the coffee! The deal was made, the paperwork was signed and we were able to drive away at a reasonable hour with our new vehicle. At the time, we didn't know there was anything wrong with the car. We later found that the windshield wipers were not the ones made for the vehicle, and they were not even properly attached. I called Jeff, and that night we had new, high quality wipers for the car. After putting them on, it became clear that there was a small crack in the windshield, right in the driver's line of sight. It was a problem. I called Jeff again and he made sure that the local glass company came to my work to fix it. Unfortunately, it was not a repairable crack. Another phone call to Jeff, and he told me that I could take the car to the glass company for a new windshield. No questions asked, no complaints, just go get a new windshield. It was amazing to me that the problems we had were handled so quickly and professionally. We didn't have to fight for the right thing, it was just taken care of, the way it should be. To be completely honest, I had reached out on social media asking my friends for advice on Giguere, and the reviews were less than glowing. But, even knowing the bind we were in, Jeff and Tara didn't take advantage of the situation. We bought a $10,000 used car, but they treated us exactly the same as if we had been purchasing a $50,000 brand-new car. We had low expectations going into this experience, but the entire staff at Giguere changed our minds. They were friendly, honest and made sure that we were informed about all of our options during the buying process, whether it was for our benefit or theirs. I would unequivocally recommend Giguere for anyone that needs a quality used vehicle at a fair price. Tara made sure that the paperwork was in order and Jeff made sure the car was taken care of. Regardless of what people have told me, we had a great experience buying from Giguere, and I will certainly give them my business when it comes time to buy again. I would encourage anyone to consider them without reservation. Thank you again to Bob, Tara and Jeff for taking care of us when we needed it. You are a credit to the used car industry.
