I can truly say that they went above & beyond to make it possible for me to get a vehicle. I was without transportation & unable to get to my appt's or treatment. After being to several other larger dealers that had wouldn't even call me back or work with me. This was my second purchase from them over the last few years. The owners knowing my situation & my budget were generous enough to make a vehicle that was perfect for me possible. Out of the kindness of their hearts they discounted the vehicle and made it happen! I wouldn't have been possible to get into a reliable vehicle if it wasn't for them. Giguere Auto certainly does take care of their customers!

Drove over 4 hours to purchase a GMC Sierra from Jeff and his son Jeff. Firstly, while at the facility, my son had a medical issue that divided our attention and required paperwork to be sent back and forth between the dealership and the medical office. Both Jeffs were more than willing to help us out in this regard, and kindly lent us their fax machines multiple times. They were very patient with us and let us take all the time we needed, we never felt rushed and were at ease with both of them. The truck itself was as described, and was detailed and waiting for us to take for a ride. Test drive revealed a few small problems not uncommon for the age of the truck. Both Jeffs and their on site mechanic dropped what they were doing to diagnose the problems. Both issues were identified and dealt with immediately. I was glad to see they didn't brush us off and showed us exactly what the problems were instead of acting like we were crazy. The purchase and paperwork went very smoothly and was told exactly what each paper was for. Complete disclosures, nothing hidden. It's nice to see truthful people still exist nowadays! Bottom line - amazing customer service, friendly and amazing customer service. Yes, I said it twice because I was blown away by how helpful these folks were. Nothing was too small of an issue. I would recommend Giguere Auto and will be looking them up again when it comes time. Thank you again!

Stay far away. Horrible in every way. After having me come up hundreds of miles from Mass to fix a car sold with many pre-existing conditions, Jeff then he would not honor my warranty. He then began yelling as I calmly left his unkept dealership.

Pat told me If I had a 680 credit score I would qualify. And to pre qualify it would only be a soft inquiry. He came back and said I was a "Zero" but that was okay but I would have to go to my bank w a bill of sale lol I said "no thanks" so I guess it's a no? Sorry and my credit score was 700 when I walked in and 684 when I left. What a joke. Told me he has 3 businesses of his own and was just there to help. I am taking a loan on my own and buying elsewhere sorry Pat

Demand a warranty if you purchase from this dealer- don't buy their insurance plans- they are worthless- we bought a truck for a lot of money only to have the engine fail after 1 week- it has been sitting for approx 2 months now- have no ride to work- very expensive lesson

Please demand a warranty if you want to buy a vehicle from this dealership-and don't fall for their insurance plans-they are worthless- please listen to me- I don't want anyone to lose as much money as I have with this dealer. I have no transportation to get to work and a loan for a truck with a blown motor. I only owned the truck for a little over one week when this happened

Jeff and Tara were very helpful in our purchase of a great truck. They bent over backwards being very accommodative and answering any questions that we had.
