I have always had Bald Hill service my 2 Kias. The service is friendly and polite, and they help me maintain my vehicles in excellent condition. I wouldn't trust my cars to any other service provider. Jeff is an awesome service advisor!

Only my second time there but it is my last. I asked for a full detail and an oil change. What I got back was dirt still in car and a scratch on my driver side window. A day later my engine was misfiring. So I took it back and was guaranteed by the supervisor that she would over look the recon herself. Well the car smelled clean at least but same dirt spots still there and was told that my window being damaged there was nothing that could be done. At least the second time I went to get the car done again I did not have to pay for. Both times I went within a week mind you I asked for a fob key. First time I made the appointment they ordered the key on the phone with me. I got the car back the first time they had no idea what I was talking about. So when I brought the car to be detailed a second time I was told they would program the key. Again I got the car back and no fob key. At this point I just wanted to go home so with my tail between my legs and scratched window I took my car home. Never again
