this place needs to be investergaated bought a optima and another and a ford focus had on my car the full bumper to bumper packadge and paid my full loan off they had recalls after they did the recalls my check angin light came on they wanted me to pay for a dianostic stuff was missing from my car when it was seen oil drained out of my car almost to nothing in it they lied saying thier was never evr anyy axcidents on this 20 000 dollar preowned car this place needs to be fined they suck i would never recomend any car sale to them and fire the people that screwed me and other too i though mahamad was a nice guy we was miss represented on the car fax never even got one th car had 5 axicdents now im stuck because thier refusing under the imishion laws of rhode island to fix it dont buy a car or truck from them they suck very dishonest people we want to treat you like family yea that you want to loose at a full croweded disney land vacation family never ever again would i recomend a friend or my self buy a preowned cat or any thing from them if you do make shure you get a ar fax they lie about evry tging they suck

Dishonest and predatory pricing from the service dept. A bill that started at $114 magically changed to $148 overnight. Apparently it costs them $30 to recycle oil? They also still charge a 2% fee for a credit card transaction. They also sent us this form with $2000 of recommended services. I'm not spending that much on services without at least a discussion/proof that things need to be done. This is on a low mileage Forte... I would recommend that if you get your car serviced here you should bring someone who's at least a DIY mechanic and knows the lingo. They're preying on those that don't.

Very happy with my used car I bought there. Recently brought it in for an oil change and spoke with my salesperson Tyler and Used car Mgr Dan(?) about an issue. The were very responsive and took immediate action to correct the issue at no cost to me. Very much appreciated. I had a rotten experience with my last auto purchase and this customer service was very, very refreshing.
