Wow incredible service ! Jeffery was very professional, best service department I’ve ever been to ! He went above and beyond to repair my car . All I can say is it’s hands down best place I’ve ever brought my car to for service and would never go anywhere else !! Thank you so much Jeffery!

The service at Bald Hill Kia is excellent. The service team is knowledgable, courteous and efficient — and the new service area and waiting room are comfortable and spacious. On my recent visit, my car was thoroughly serviced and washed, leaving it looking and running like new. Bald Hill is the best in the business, bar none!

I picked up my new Kia Optima today. Jason Sousa was my sales person and from the time I first met him in December, I have been extremely satisfied with his friendly, optimistic, and kind personality. I have called him at least a dozen or more times and he has always answered my calls in a timely manner and assured me that my questions were not bothersome to him. It took a few places for me to shop for a new car, but, I kept coming back to Jason, because I felt I could trust him. I am extremely happy with my decision to stay with a Kia and would also like to acknowledge the other associates I had dealings with as being professional, courteous and especially knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and were the reason I came back to Kia to seal the deal. Thank you again for everything. Worst place to buy a car. They sell u a car with a smile and a junk. Will never buy anything from them.
