Barb Varney was amazing!

Barb Varney was amazing! I told her what I was looking for and she accomplished the goal of selling me the vehicle that fit my requirements. She made the atmosphere feel like a down home place and she made buying a vehicle a comfortable process!

Barb Varney is amazing to work with.

Barb Varney is amazing to work with. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased at Herrnsteins and both times I worked with Barb. It was a positive experience. There was no pressure from either Barb or the sales manager. It was just easy. They worked with me to get a vehicle that would fit my needs and at a price I could afford. The finance person offered me upgrades and additional services but when I said no, he mentioned some good reasons to get them but I never felt pushed or pressured. My second great experience with Barb and the team at Herrnsteins.

Had such a great experience.

Had such a great experience. They are so pleasant to work with. I’ve bought multiple cars from Hernnstien and will not go anywhere else 10/10

This was my first time buying a dealership.

This was my first time buying a dealership. They have an amazing staff! Barb was my sales representative. She is a genuine and honest lady. She was there for me every step of the way! I consider her a friend. If you’re looking to buys new or used I highly recommend Barb!

If you go to Herrnstein’s, ask for Barb! Barb is knowledgeable, down to earth and eager to help. She made the process easy and went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted.

Barb was so great!

Barb was so great! She was very helpful about my situation and worked quickly to get me in the car I wanted! This is my 3rd car from Herrnstein’s!

Adam Cottrill he does an excellent job we have purchased

Adam Cottrill he does an excellent job we have purchased two vehicles from him in the past 6 months he has always been very great in finding what you want. Never felt pressured and he answered everything we ask. I have given his name to a lot of family and friends and always refer people to your dealership.

Barb was great! Second car we've bought from this dealership. First was used, second was new. Barb helped us out on this purchase and it was simple and easy! I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, good deal on a new vehicle or used vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brooke Paul at Herrnstein Hyundai while purchasing my new Santa Fe, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Brooke's professionalism and genuine care stood out. She took the time to answer all our questions with patience, and ensured we felt comfortable through the entire process. She continues to check back with us to be sure we are satisfied customers. Brooke is a topnotch salesperson who genuinely cares about her customers. I highly recommend her!

I'll start by saying I take full acceptance that I bought

I'll start by saying I take full acceptance that I bought an as is vehicle, but I have had the vehicle less than 24 hours and a check engine light came on that WAS NOT on when I test drove the vehicle with the sales person who drove during the test drive and looked at the car. So either the cel was reset long enough to sell it or whatever. I called and told them the next morning about the check engine light and basically got an "oh well". I paid over $8000 for a car I'm now not driving until I can get afford to repair it, because I'm scared it will damage the car more. I'm on disability and feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. If you're gonna buy a car here I HIGHLY recommend you take it somewhere else to get looked at before buying. I'm very saddened by this experience. I tried to trust them, and unfortunately it didn't work out. I still stand by that I would highly recommend sales person Brooke, Helped me get into a car that I actually wanted (mostly). Also their detailer is also amazing.
