I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My salesman was Levi. He was great! Started it as aquatintance, but became a friend. Always professional but always warm. I have physical limitations and Levi and the whole Herrnstein staff happily worked around those and accommodated those limitations. If you want kind and courteous treatment, this is the place to go! If you want that combined with a great deal come here! Sales, finance, management and service. I had the privilege of meeting several from each department. I hope Mr. Herrnstein knows what a great dealership he has. I have never experienced anything like it!

Brooke made our car buying experience a breeze. She was professional and took the time to answer our questions. Super friendly from the time we walked into the dealership until the time we left. We never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Financing was a smooth process. The dealership itself felt modern and clean. We were very pleased with the entire transaction.

I was excited to get a car from them. They gave me a beautiful car to begin with the very next morning a light came on so I called them to have them check it and they reset it two days later light came back on so they sold me a lemon. They said it was an auction sensor they refused to pay for it. It was $317 so I had to pay for it two days again the light came back on so I take it back this time. It wasn’t the auction sensor. It was the front Cadillac converter $2400. I said there’s no way I’m gonna fix it because it was day one when it happened Contacted the district manager He told them to get me out of this car and give me another one in the beginning, not a 45 day temporary tag, two days before the tag ran out, they find me a car. I took him that long. I was only supposed to decide if I wanted it or not it was my first choice when I got there they didn’t give me a choice. It was either take the one they found me or take a lease car. The lease car was a brand new 25 but the payments were gonna be like 350 to 450 and some. which is out of my price range for my budget, but I had to ask because of the car that I first got was a very nice car that I needed all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive because I lived in the country. The car they found me was a 2 Wheel Dr., but they said I had no choice to take it so I went to go to work today after the snow we got and I slept completely sideways in the road scared completely after death and I’m very upset with that car lot because I had asked for an all-wheel-drive. I feel like they need to uphold their end of the bargain and get me a better car. That’s all wheel drive four-wheel-drive but they probably will refuse again so all I can say is watch what you buy from them because you’ll probably get a lemon like they did me and treated me like dirt, but my sales person named Stephen was absolutely amazing. He was kind, caring and generous. He deserves a raise or a promotion. He was so caring he would text me to see how I was doing and let me know often they were trying to locate me a car of what I needed, but he had to go by whatever the people at the desk said, and you can tell that day when I was told that I have no choice but to take this or at least he wasn’t happy about it either just by the way, his face was such a kind person. He will always get all the praise and glory because he was that nice but there’s people that said at that front desk. It’s a different story. I had such high expectation of that car dealership and now it went down the drain and we’re probably never buy another car from there again, and I will never tell somebody to go there and get one because I feel like customer service is not their number one plan. I think it’s all about the money.

My former car was having several mechanical problems and I was desperate for a solution. Although Herrnstein Hyundai was wonderful during the service work process on that vehicle and took good care of me, the car was continuing to have some issues so I decided it was time to trade-in. Jenny Martin was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She helped me find a 2026 Kona and never pressured me at all - she just listened to what I needed and got me in the price range I asked for. She was super kind, and took time to show me all the bells and whistles in the car before my test drive, then helped me set up everything for the car (i.e., Bluelink). She was patient, friendly, and professional. We love our new car. Thanks, Jenny!!
