    I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked what could be done to help me . I left my car in the Service Dept., and Suzanne kept me posted on the status of my vehicle the following day. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed on my 2013 KIA Optima.

    When I arrived at the dealership, my husband and I walked around looking at different models of Kia. Having a Soul already and have been very happy with it - 3 years+, we were interested in getting a different model other than the Soul. We looked at the Forte5. As we walked inside the showroom, there was much time passed when a salesman passed asked if we had been helped, responded no and told us as soon as he was finished with the customers he was currently assisting, he would be right with us. Once he was free, asked what we were interested in, we told him and he walked out with us, explained what the car has to offer. He was very knowledgeable about the Forte5. We test drove the one we were interested in and once retuned decided on that one. We back in to discuss the car further. Jeremy WIlliams was our sales person, very personable and warming. He was very helpful, worked with us with a trade in, a couple of extras I requested in buying the car and he began working on the paperwork. It did not take long for us to make a deal and drive off in the Forte5 (hatchback). I also wanted to state, although the detail department was not open to have the car washed, the salesman washed it while we met with the finance office finishing out our purchase.

    I had a great experience buying a 2017 Kia Sportage at All Star Kia. I knew what I had to have in the car and how much I wanted to spend. Akeem, the sales rep, was very patient, kind and knowledgable about each model. Thank you for making this big decision for me so enjoyable!

    I was greeted and offered coffee upon arrival. A representative came to tell me that the oil change was completed and the service technician's only recommendation was a tire rotation. While I waited, another man (maybe the manager?) came out to the lounge and visited with me. The woman who greeted me came to tell me the car was ready. I was leaving the dealership with an oil change and a tire rotation in under thirty minutes. Great service!
