I recently purchased a Pre-Owned Infiniti QX80 at this location and had the pleasure of working with Eric Amoah; the finance director as well as Gary O’Neal who works in sales. The car buying process from test driving the vehicle, signing the contract and driving off with a sweet ride was unbelievable. Driving the Qx80 for the first time I immediately fell in love. Eric was very helpful and informative also while working to ensure that I received the best options available. I felt in charge making my own decisions didn’t feel pressured. overall, I enjoyed the car buying process and I can’t wait to experience the service department while enjoying some complimentary beverages and snacks.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a certified 2016 QX60 from José Goncalves. The price was far below what others dealers were listing and they eventually gave me a fair amount for my trade. During the process José provided assistance with my credit union and insurance company. His level of customer service far exceeded any other salesman I have encountered. Today I had to get my sticker and a couple minor things replaced and the service department was also excellent. I’ll be shopping here again when the time comes.
