Road Trip

I just want an (out-the-door) price, tax tag etc. Salesman said all price is discuss at dealership. It not hard math (Car Price+tax+tag) = (out-the-price). Waste of time

My loan was for 21000.

My loan was for 21000. I asked if they'd lower the pricenin a carni wanted by 1000 so my loan would cover it. Usually happens whennyour paying cash. They said no, plus it was way over blue book value.

Beware hidden Admin fee of $2k

I too was suckered in by a good listed price on a car then hit with the $1995 admin fee. Basically they list the car at a low price to get traffic then surprise you with the admin fee once you've made an offer. Totally deceptive practice. Cars.com should step in to stop this practice

Beware administrative fees

My son and I went to look at a car in Warrington. Sales people very nice and got my son a test ride. He liked the car so we sat down with John Y to discuss costs. I understand all the usual fees , including doc fees of 394$( which is reasonable) . But then a administrative fee of 1995$ was added. John Y . then discounted 500$ to entice . On their web site they talk about transparent pricing . I do not see this hidden administrative fee mentioned.

PA Auto Sales responded to my messages promptly. They set up an appointment that was convenient for me. The salesperson was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone that I worked with at PA Auto Sales was professional and easy to deal with. The car was exactly what I expected. Their facilities were clean and nice. They had a great selection of automobiles available. They even had a competitive brand of hybrid to compare the car that I purchased with at the test drive. I would highly recommend PA Auto Sales to my friends for their next auto purchase.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER

@PAAutoSales I would never buy a car from this dealer again. We left with an uninsoected car was told we had to bring it back within a week. My husband went back 2 days later and it still didn't pass due to drive cycle was nit complete. We have been calling for days no one will call us back. The rack and pinion is leaking, chip in windshield and the drivers mirror has a sensor that is broke. All this needs to be fixed prior to inspecting. My next call with be a lawyer since its illegal for a dealer to sell an uninspected car.

My experience with this dealership was top notch. There was no pressure and everyone bent over backwards to help me. Our salesman, Blenner, even recommended a vehicle similar to what I was looking at that had less miles, was a higher trim level, and cheaper than the vehicle I was looking at. I’ve never experienced anything like that! Amazing customer service!

Great service without service

First the bad: Dealership is not as prompt as they could be at removing unavailable inventory from partnering websites like cars.Com. Often leaving the sold vehicle up there for over a week. Not entirely their fault, I should have called ahead. The Good: The Staff. Specifically one person. Went to the dealership with a very specific vehicle in mind. The vehicle was unavailable. We then spent probably a solid 20 minutes with John Y. Folks if you end up at PA Auto Sales, You want to work with John. This guy was as transparent, generous, knowledgeable, wanting the customer to get the best experience kind of guy I've come across in this industry in a hot minute. This would have been our fourth dealership we had been at in about a week and a half searching for this specific car. John even offered to be our advocate if he could help us in any way even if the sale took place in another dealership This guy really opened his front door to us and we feel just went out of his way to be amazing. John if you ever get a chance to read this, Your knowledge, generosity and kindness was such a great breath of fresh air and in great contrast and many dealerships we dealt with. Go to PA Auto Sales and deal with John Y.

SCAMMERS

0 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE... I purchased a vehicle in May 2020. within the first 4 months i began to have issues. I took this vehicle to PA auto inspection where they ‘fixed’ my vehicle for $130. 2 weeks later I had to bring my vehicle back for a engine light and overheating issue. Apparently I didn’t get the ‘extended warranty’ that was NEVER offered to me at signing so I was out of warranty and told that i would have to pay $2000 for repair. I reached out to the attorney general because why would I have to repair an engine with a cylinder leak within 4 months? I ended up biting the bullet and paying $2100 in November 2020. I received my car back a few days before thanksgiving, but had to bring it back 3 times within 3 days after getting it back because the check engine light didn’t go away. In the beginning of Dec. I had to get the vehicle serviced again because there was an issue with a starter. Just 1 day before Christmas the car began to overheat and the check engine light came back on... Reverting back to November 2020 when they told me I should have no problems with my vehicle’s engine and if i do then it would be on them. I took my car back to PA Auto Inspection for service. Now a week after having my vehicle, PA AUTO INSPECTION is telling me I need a new engine and I would have to replace it. I still owe $22,000 on the vehicle and now their saying i need to pay them $3500 more to replace the engine. After just one month of them servicing my engine and telling me it’d be good. No chance of talking to Igor A. if you call and leave countless voicemails he never calls back. If you speak to him he’ll say he’ll do what he can and never fix the issues you have or call you back. Everyone reassured me that PA Auto Inspection would be able to fix my vehicle and i wouldn’t have an issue with it including the managers of both PA Auto Inspection and PA Auto Sales and the sales agent who sold me the car. and now here i am a month later with no vehicle AGAIN and being asked for more money in order to service my vehicle. The receipts that they give you from servicing their vehicles have nothing written on them but the price you paid, they have nothing in writing to insure you won’t have to bring the vehicle back, just supposed to take their word for it. And their word means absolutely nothing. I am a pregnant woman, who’s landlord just sold the property to where she lives, and have to be out within a month.. And now Scamming xxx PA Auto Sales/Inspection is trying to get more money out of me... I honestly want my $2100 refunded and I will take the vehicle to Ford Lincoln to be serviced. the people who told me there was no way you could fix this issue from the beginning. but listening and trusting the sales and service team at PA Auto who insured me that since Lincoln Ford is a large dealer they do not do ‘the kind of work they do’ has me in another jam. i’m pretty much xxxx out of luck! so thank you PA Auto Sales for being the worse car dealership in Philadelphia.
