I was looking at a 2015 with 53000 miles was told it was in very clean condition. This car had dents scratches torn seats destroyed carpet. Spent almost $500 getting there and another $500 getting back. Every one of the automobiles you showed me had major problems every the ones that were priced at $36000. I decided not to spend almost twice the money for a car that most dealers would not buy for there lot. You say you beat my credit union interest rate yet you were never told what that rate was. All I get are lies from this dealer and it's staff. From the beginning all the was to the end and even after.

Terrible experience. Talked to an agent to ask if the car was available, and she said it was available. I get there and the guy says the car was sold couple days ago. Why give me false information, make me come all the way there and waste my time and money (Had to use uber to get there cause I was sure to buy the car)....

The facility is the only good thing here. And honestly from a contractors perspective even that needs improvement!!! A sales rep out right said to my wife that they will negotiate the price if we came to their facility. After a 2 hour drive we were greeted with dishonesty. For this donkey to tell us he would not negotiate the price after our drive he then gets online to lower the price exactly 24 hours later is a slap in the face! Racism or Homophobia?? Id like to know? Seriously!!!

I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, they explained things without being pedantic, and they were honest with answers. I bought a used car and everything seems to be going well so far.

I am ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with customer service and the entire buying process!!! Never have I ever experienced such an easy car buying process, I would most definitely refer anyone who will listen ����

I purchased a 2013 X5 BMW April 2018 and 2 months later it needed a turbo engine estimated over $13,000 dollars. PA Auto sales towed it back to PA from BMW of Atlantic City, worked on the vehicle for 3 months and decided to total the vehicle out, because the warranty company refused to pay for the repairs of the vehicle, when the vehicle was purchased for $16,995, the repairs are over $13,000 and I had the vehicle only 2 months. I notified PA's attorney general's office and 2 weeks later they refunded me my deposit back and relisted the vehicle again on November 1, 2018. I noticed it by the VIN number. This dealership has nothing but high line LEMON cars/trucks and 99% of their REVIEWS are completed by family and friends. Run and don't look back.

This place sold me a LEMON! Bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML63 for around $40,000, drove it 2 days and Malfunction light on the dash for the air suspension lit up and then the car stopped working! Towed it to Mercedes Benz and it needs a starter, price for that $3,400! Yes that's right for a starter! I have yet to have the air suspension diagnostic done. Probably more thousands. Called Pa autosales numerous times and nobody will call me back! This isn't the last they are going to hear from me. They do have nice LOOKING cars but deep down under the hood they are CRAP L E M O N
