Never received items owed.

I purchased a Audi A5 4 months ago. I was given a we OWE slip stating I would be reimburse for wheel lock (that did not come with the car) Purchased at Audi dealer for 100.00 dollars that same week and emailed receipt to original salesman no response. 4 months, 4 car notes later just received my tags a month ago. Never received SD card for navigation (also on the owe slip). Emailed 5 times, called over 8 finally spoke to Igor who reassured me I would receive Tags and SD card. Tags came thank you. 4 months no SD card. Contacted Audi corporation they stated the dealer need to issue SD card. So I am at a lost. No navigation, no phone connection, SD Card is the brain of the car. I am very disappointed Eager for business, sorry with follow ups.

SHYSTERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM PA AUTO.

SHYSTERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM PA AUTO. Bought a 2011 BMW 5 Series, drove it 2 days and check engine light came on. I IMMEDIATELY reported the issue thinking they would stand behind their vehicle to find out that I had to pay for the repairs myself. I scheduled service with them and paid for a VANOS Intake and exhaust Solen replacement. When I went to pick up the vehicle the engine light was still on and I was told I have to bring the car back for additional repairs. When I scheduled to return for the 3rd time I was told would not continue to service the vehicle because I waiting to long (I live over an hour away from their repair location) and they do not have the equipment needed to repair a BMW. I have been back and forth with this organization over 6 months and finally relented and took the vehicle to my local BMW dealer to not only find out they never made the repairs I was charged for but also reset the oil change without changing the oil that was supposedly a complementary service due to my inconvenience. Went in person, called and emailed PA Autosales numerous times and nobody will discuss the issue, call me back or respond to my e-mails! I have requested a refund for the services they did not perform and have yet to receive any response.

Quick turnaround

Overall experience was great. Went in with financing already lined up but they were great and knowledgeable. Will definitely buy from them again. I was in and out in just a couple of hours

Terrible customer service!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! I reached out to Igor, the manager, via email twice and left a voicemail regarding an issue where PA Auto Sales failed to register and title my Black 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased on 10/15/19. My temporary tags expired on 12/15/19, so I cannot operate my vehicle. PA Auto Sales collected the money for taxes, title, registration and tags at the time of my transaction and they have Power of Attorney to process my registration on my behalf. I live out of state so they needed to follow the process for my state. I provided step by step information as well as documents and an email from my DMV on what to do. I spoke with and emailed the title clerk, Liz several times. Last week on 12/12/19, she told me that my tags were being sent to me overnight. I still don't have tags. Prior to that, I copied Christian, the finance manager, on the string of emails to Liz. Right now, I cannot drive my car legally nor park on my street without the risk of a ticket. I emailed Igor again this morning and still no response!!! I cancelled a medical appointment because I can't use my own vehicle. If I don't receive my tags today, I will not be able to drive on Christmas. PA Auto Sales has NOT responded. STAY AWAY!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and contacted an attorney for guidance today.
