Richard Floyd was the salesman I dealt with throughout the purchase of my truck. I cannot say enough about how descriptive and accurate he was when going over everything. He had my questions answered quickly and to the point. I bought my truck without seeing anything other than the pictures on their website so I had to trust that Richard was walking me around the truck and test driving while speaking with me on the phone. He was very patient and extremely easy to work with. He walked me through the purchase process, paperwork, etc. in a very detailed manner and was always in constant communication with me. This was one of the most important points for me, since I was purchasing this truck from 1680 miles away. Richard helped me get a few quotes for auto transport as well even though I used my own shipper. All in all I would have to say that Richard was honest, to the point and as down to earth as a friend would be. I didn't feel pressured or that I was forced into a quick sale like most salespeople try. My truck showed up exactly as he described and was priced great. I enjoyed the no haggle pricing after two months of truck shopping and getting nowhere locally. I would highly recommend Vernon Auto Group and especially Richard Floyd to anyone car shopping who cant find the vehicle they need within their locale. I cannot comment on financing or warranty purchasing because I handled those on my end and did not request those services from Vernon Auto Group.

I found the truck i liked on Thursday morning and had it here Friday afternoon. This dealership is excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
