We handled everything over the phone minus the paperwork needed at the dealership. My wife and I drove in from Amarillo, and we were at the dealership maybe 45 minutes. The paperwork was ready by the time we got done with the test drive! I strongly recommend this dealership. Their prices were 2-5k cheaper than anywhere else we looked! Great team!

I was without a vehicle when the transmission in my suv went out. I was able to look at the Vernon Auto Group's inventory on line, and I was contacted by Salesman Brandon Mitchell who listened to what I wanted and brought a Buick Encore out to my house for me to look at.
