Kimberly Shipp was the kindness sales person I have come in contact with in a long time. Very caring in what I had to say. Worked with me on my payments. I live about 4 hours away and I would go back to have her help me.

Wow! I was super impressed by customer service of dealership. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am from Oklahoma and I'm glad I went to Vernon to buy my new vehicle, y'all had the best deals arounds. Chase has made my purchase very pleasant. Chase did not have any problem with me asking for a number of vehicle window stickers. I would buy another vehicle from Chase and I have already suggested to friends and today met a person at the car wash who mentioned he liked my truck and was looking to replace his 2002, so I gave him Chase's card and he is going to take a lok at the web site. We have heard seveal good things about the Vernon Auto Group. We had been looking at new pickups but had not found a dealer we felt we needed to buy one from. We went to Vernon to check out the ford products. We looked at the new pickups and talked to David Warren. He was very helpful in all areas and answered all our questions. He did everything needed to make us feel like this the right place to buy and the right person to buy from. He was very friendly, knowlegable, and concerned that we buy the vehicle we wanted. He did not pressure us to buy and let us make our own decision. We bought a new Ford pickup that we really like.I would recommend the Vernon Auto Group to everyone if they are interested in buying a new or used car or truck. Vernon is awesome

Dakota was extremely helpful. I felt I got a very fair trade offer. It was the first time I walked into a dealership, didn't have to haggle or negotiate and leave extremely happy with the deal I got. I'd have to say it was an overall great experience, very professional and fast to get deal done. Would definitely recommend to others and will be my first consideration for future auto purchases.

True and honest...great deal

Everything David told me during our initial conversations was honored upon my arrival at the dealership. I drove over 250 miles to purchase my F-150 and am pleasantly pleased with the buying experience from Vernon Auto Group. Very pleased with the appraisal of my trade - in. All around good experience!
