I loved that the sales staff was willing to accomodate my schedule. Even in the business of June 3000, I felt that I was the only customer. I am now a Bergstrom buyer for life! Kevin even offered to come pick up my truck the next day to install the chrome side rails - and then drop it off when it was done!!!

I love my Dodge Challenger
The sales staff and finance department are very respectful and considerate, we live 270 miles away and did our dealings all on the internet and they understood we needed time to get their and had everything ready when we arrived.

We purchased a new Buick several years ago and at that time recieved good service up to the point of sale. They did try to add on some cost to the final papers, saying that their sales person had made an error. I had it all in writting and signed by the sales person before hand and the sales manager got pretty hot about it. Our worst experiance was both times we brought the car in to be looked at for something they treated us like dirt. They were very reluctant to follow thru with researching the problems and only made excusses not to look at it. I will personally never go back!

I was not given the full information regarding the warranty I was sold. I was told by two people the price and that it covered everything 100%. However, when I got the paperwork I found out I had a $100 deductible per repair visit. When I tried contacting Van Dyn Hoven, I was given the run around. No one would help me. I was yelled at and threatened by the manager. They said they told me about the deductible but finally they admitted they did not tell me about it. In the end, they did not fix their error and I ended up paying for it. I would never go back to Van Dyn Hoven.
