Indy Auto Man

Dealing with Indy Auto Man was efficient and fast. I worked with Trace and Noe, and both made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this dealership to all in search of quality used cars at a reasonable price.

This is my second car I bought at Indy Auto Man. My suggestion is to ask for Val sales representative. He succeeded in getting me the exact SUV I was looking for, blacked out Rover Sport. Overall, guys at the dealership were patient, empathetic, and very attentive to all my wishes.

Usually I’m skeptical about selling my car to dealers, but these guys, Noe and Val at Indy Auto Man dealership gave me close to private party value. No haggling, transparent process and no risks of private sales, can recommend this company to my friends.

I can not say any words of criticism to Indy Auto Man, my test-drive was just for fun, I did not plan to swipe a car right now, but they changed my plans. I liked the car so much that I started to count cash to see if I can trade in my current A6 to this white BMW X7.

Giving 2 stars at this time until I am able to go get the title process completed and it is over a month PAST the paper plates expiring. LOVE the car and Tyler, my sales person was GREAT! The purchase was super easy but I am still waiting for them to get the title so I can get the car plated and I'm having to chase them down for any word on this. I paid over $30K for the car and should NOT have to chase down information on when I can go get my vehicle plated. Would NOT recommend to anyone at this point due to lack of communication....they made the sale and clearly don't give a xxxx about anything after that. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

I dealt with Markus, a sales rep, and Noe from finance. Both were very friendly and pleasant throughout the whole process. Markus was great explaining to me the features of each Benz GLA autos I was comparing at the Indy Auto Man car lot. This helped me dismiss some absolutely needless options, and saved nearly 500 dollars in my pocket.

Why describe the car incorrectly? It is so frustrating searching for a manual when dealers advertise incorrectly

I traded in my car for a Mustang convertible and Alex was great. He knew his stuff and it was a smooth process. The car was in great condition, just like they said. All the people here are really nice. It feels like an extended family. I would highly recommend this dealer.
