I was able to secure the vehicle mostly by text and a few phone calls and they came to the airport to pick me up and take me to the dealer to get my vehicle

Disappointing. Purchasing new Jeep Gladiator, trade and pay deviation with cash. Leith trade-in offer was $2000-$2500 LESS than other Jeep dealers in the area. More than $3k less than KBB trade-in value. Also only dealership who I was in contact with and did not bother or make an effort to create a quote, only mutual. Not a business partner for me for sure.

5/5 stars because this is a really awesome team. They were all very helpful in meeting my needs so I could leave with the car of my dreams. I ask a lot of questions, and they were all so patient with me and listened. Silvia made me feel like we'd known each other our whole lives and never pressured me to make a decision. There are still so many things I have to learn about this car, and I was hoping to learn about all the bells and whistles before buying. Of course, discovering all those features on your own is one of the great parts of getting a new car! The finance officer, on the other hand, knew the answer to every single last question I could think of. All things considered, I give Silvia and everyone else at Leith 2 thumbs up!!! Silvia was really helpful. We had no idea if we wanted new or used or even what model and Silvia's expertise and patience was exactly what we needed to feel confident buying from her after only 2 days of looking. Would definitely recommend to anyone to ask for her by name. I was also happy to see hand sanitizer at all the entrances and mask wearing. That made me feel less anxious being inside for a few hours while we completed the purchase.

Silvia was very knowledgeable and helpful as she guided us through the process of buying our new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions (most of them before we had even thought to ask!) She is very easy to work with and we had a great experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Aziz. I had the money to buy a Jeep, I wanted a Jeep and Aziz was there to sell me a Jeep. I called up Leith, he answered and spent the time needed on the call to go through the inventory until we found the Jeep I was looking for. Then, 30 minutes before closing time, he suggested I come on in and have a test-drive. 2 hours later I drove off the lot in my new Jeep. Everyone was super nice, transparent and stayed late to finalize the deal. I highly recommend Leith Chrysler Jeep.
