Leith Chrysler Jeep

I recently worked with Jeff Williams at Leith Chrysler Jeep during my car buying journey and am so happy with my experience! I had talked to a few other Jeep dealerships in the area, but the customer service at Leith Chrysler Jeep simply cannot be matched. Jeff not only brought the car to my house, per my request because of COVID-19, for a test drive, but he really worked extensively in helping find the perfect car. I also really appreciate the measures the dealership is taking to make sure customers feel safe while in the dealership. They have hand sanitizer stations everywhere, are all wearing masks and when the Jeep was brought to my house to test drive, Jeff sanitized everything before and after I got in. It really was a great experience and I can't recommend Leith Chrysler Jeep enough.

Morgan our salesman was very nice and helpful, the financial manager reassured me he was going to try to do anything and everything possible for me to buy my vehicle, did a great job explaining everything I was signing for, tried to help get into a community of fellow Wrangler owners especially Rubicons and before I left he showed me how to take my roof off. Heading in I never wouldve imagined Id be buying a Rubicon!

The dealership took the vehicle in for service as scheduled. Work was done quickly, and price came in at less than the original estimate. Leith provided a courtesy shuttle to and from my home.

Never give Leithcars your Social Sercurity number. I fill out a credit report on May 30, 2020. My application was turned down because the car had over 140,000 miles so no bank would finance the car because the miles. So i told them I would pay cash. Ten days later they pulled my credit again without contacting me. I purchase a car from a different dealership. After 10 days they still running my credit with banks and financial companies. No only once but twice. Tell me that they have the right to run my credit. How many more people have they done this to. Im a black business which need my credit for business. There corporate office didn't do anything about this.

Excellent dealership and the entire sales team are top notch. Made me feel like family during the entire sales process. It's the dealership you can "send your mama to". The entire staff Charlie, Tyrone, Beshoy, Nathan and Travis that I worked with were excellent at what they do and made me feel at ease with my purchase. Charlie even came in on his day off to finish my deal due to the early closing schedule as a result of the pandemic. Many thanks to the entire team and the Leith dealership for having such wonderful staff that enjoy their jobs!

I had a great purchasing experience with the Leith Jeep dealership on Capital Blvd. I stopped to look at colors of the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and had such a positive experience made a purchase. Charlie Johnson was my sales rep and a true gentleman. He promised to do the best possible deal for me and I feel that he did exactly that. I'm riding in that limited I had been wanting for years.
