The buying process was great overall. Aziz was friendly, no-pressure, and helpful. Two things that would have made it even better: 1) the dealership only let me test-drive a pre-ordained route. It was nice having a route that would take me onto the highway and back to the dealership without having to do any navigating myself, but I prefer to be able to take the car for longer...say for the day or over a weekend. It’s hard to get a feel for a car in such a short drive. I’m sure that puts more risk on the dealership but some do offer that option. 2. When I arrived, the car was at another dealership getting serviced and it took them a while...maybe 20min...to track it down. At first they said it might’ve been sold, which would have been a bad look bc it was listed online the night before and I had made an appointment to look at it ahead of time. Once they did get it to the lot for me to look at, the fob had a dead battery—meaning the car couldn’t be started—so they had to get one with a good battery. But to their credit, Aziz was very diligent in solving these problems, so I never felt neglected. I would recommend this dealership to a friend and would go back myself in the future.

Everything was perfect, Silvia was very friendly and very helpfull. We are so in love with the new jeep i got for my family and my wife is happy .

As always quick professional friendly service. You are greeted quickly they listen to your needs and advise you of any cost to handle your service. The service is completed on time and there is a comfortable lounge to wait in.

They even gave us a tour of the service department, so when we want to service our vehicle in the future, we will know who to talk to and how to use it for a hassle-free visit.
