My wife and I have been shopping for her new GLS 450 for a couple months now so we randomly stopped by on a Saturday morning. Greeted at the reception desk warmly, the service manager happened to greet us there also and our salesman handed us cold water bottles and off we went searching. Found exactly what my wife wanted, test drove the vehicle and decided we wanted it. This was absolutely the best purchase process we have ever had and believe me we've had our share of negative experiences! Would recommend Hendrick Mercedes of Charlotte to anyone! Thank You!

Hendrick Motors has an outstanding service department. Process is always smooth. And usually have loaner cars available which is always a benefit when car is in shop for more than a quick service.
