So I reached out to the dealer via Instagram DM about a very small item that deteriorated over the course of a few years. Ended up coming into the dealership to speak with a person. I didn't even think I'd get a response but figured, why not try anyways. A gentleman by the name of Rakesh S. got back to me very quickly and helped me out. He even shipped out the item to me at no charge. It's the small things that make customers come back again. Thank you Rakesh!!

so my review is for the great service we got from Rakesh. we didnt end up leasing a benz w Rakesh or at all but the service we got was amazing and i would suggest working with him if you are looking for a mercedes in the area. My wife and i on a whim decided to look at cars all on Indepenedence ave. while we did have some idea of what brands/models to look at we were 100% not prepared to deal with dealers and the current chip crisis car shortage market place. we havent owned a car in over 10+ years. so looking back now after doing a lot more research and finally getting a car i can say on that one day Rakesh was someone who was amazing to work with and didnt try to take all our money with shifty moves. when we went in we asked if we could speak to someone and knowing we just randomly went in we had to wait a little but get got Rakesh and he was awesome. he worked with us answering all our questions first about the cars in general. not asking for our budget or anything like that. just understanding that its been forever since we have had a car and wanted to get us up to speed on what new cars can do and the features they have. he set us up for a test drive and away we went. when we got back he finally walked us through step by step on what car we wanted and how much he could get it for. not pressuring us at all one bit. he spent a lot of time with us making us feel like we were his highest priority. he even told us his insight on what Mercedes-Benz possible future might be for electric cars as that was something we were thinking of past a 3 year lease. he went above and beyond what we could have imagined we ultimately didnt go with Benz but that was more on us finding another car we really liked not because of Rakesh. he was even super responsive and open and honest in all my emails with him post that visit. we were a bit disappointed we didnt get to work with him on our first car but would happily suggest anyone go and ask for him at that Hendrick Motors - Mercedes dealership.

I came in to the Hendrick Benz dealer with my 21 month
I came in to the Hendrick Benz dealer with my 21 month old 5 and 7 yr old and wife car shopping. Basically looking for more information on an EV and E class. i met with Rakesh who was very good at answering my questions. he presented me with out the door lease and finance options. i still had to disucss with my wife before we commit. The level of service was great and got more information on the cars than expected. i may be an EV driver soon.

Best staff, service and coffee
One of my favorite things is Getting complementary coffee at the lounge. It's the only place I go to bring my Mercedes-Benz for service. I needed my car detailed. It was packed today, I guess post COVID everyone us bringing their cars to be serviced. I always enjoy my complimentary coffee at the lounge n grab a water on my way out. Ask for Rakesh he'd get you snacks and possibly buy your car from you. The staff is always so courteous.

Excellent experience - both purchases were seamless.The customer service received at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte is excellent. The dealership feels like a flagship store for the Mercedes-Benz brand in Charlotte and Rakehs will provide you with an exceptional level of quality service and expertise. Rakesh has an extensive knowledge of Mercedes products and will spend as much time as one needs going over various vehicle options until the right selection is made. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and really listens to one's purchase objectives in order to structure the perfect deal.The deals I received from Rakesh were great! This is why I purchased two vehicles from him with-in the month and I plan to work with him and the dealership again in the future.In addition to the 2 Mercedes Rakesh sold us - we've owned about 7 others over the years and of all the dealerships we've patroned Rakesh and the overall showroom experience make this one the best.

I did not know this but after about a year or so you lose
I did not know this but after about a year or so you lose features on your mercedes me app connect. and to enable them there's a subscription. I went in to see Rakesh and he explained to me unless you use every feature on the app you dont need all. And I told me which ones I used the most which were the start the car and lock the car. and those are the only things I do with it and he told me you can subscribe a la carte. it was easy and im glad i went in. I hate calling customer service for troubleshooting. He was a great help.

Did not know how to build out or spec my car online.
Did not know how to build out or spec my car online. i struggled with it on the website. So i came into the Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Benz Dealership. I met Rakesh who sat with me went thru a whole pDf andi selected trims, packages, safety stuff, and wheelsetc. At the end I saw the price and because it was an Ev i got like 7K in savings on a lease. Couldnt believ how much cheaper it was to do it this way than to buy. i put down my deposit and just got my car delivered to me. Ah-mazin' experience!

Never could figure out why my phone only works for phone
Never could figure out why my phone only works for phone calls and not music when i connect to bluetooth. i disonnected and reconnected it over and over. Went in to see the guy who sold me the car Rakesh, and he sat with me and showed me that i only had the phone connected and not media. literally it was that easy and i lost so much drive time with my music playlist. i very much appreciate the help!
