Auto Place Inc.

At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.

Never a call back. No response. If you contact a business they should at least call or email back

I've called them 5 times and nitvonce have they returned my call like they said they would.

Trying to buy a car through the website is not the way to go. It is good for checking the inventory but they have a lot of trucks that don't get on the inventory. These guys are transparent while they help you find a truck that you want. They don't have time to answer all the emails they are busy with the customers at the dealership.

The customer service here is by far 100 times better than any dealer I’ve ever been too. Great pricing. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do. This is THE place to get a vehicle.

I have and answers with a all the information I need it. That was nice.

They never reply to my email. nor a msg or a phone call was received.

The dealership never reached back to me regarding the application for the car. Rather disappointing

No response at all felt like it didn't matter to them so it doesn't matter to me to do business with them
