I bought a 2001 Ford Excursion and i did have a few minor problems but i called Mark and he quickly resovled the problem. I always had a great experience. Customer service was excellent and they always had an answer for me. They quickly fixed any issues i had with my suv. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vechicle there again. Excellent service, Best car buying experience
I bought a f 250 and they were very helpful in the buying process. Unlike other used dealership they pinpointed the mistakes in the truck and fixed them on the spot Even BEFORE THE test drive. They told me even to take the truck over the weekend and create a list of any problems I came across. I did have a few problems with the truck and I brought it back with my list and they fixed all the problems and MORE. In addition they also gave me a loaner truck so I wouldn't get behind at work and it was even a year newer than the truck I bought. Very nice people. Only place to buy a used car.

I purchased a 2001 chevy 2500 truck from auto place, it was my first truck that ive purchased from a dealer ship and was the worst experience of my life. Terome sold me the truck did not give me accurate information and the truck had mechanical problems. It started with a oil leak and transmissio leak. Which they agreed to fix, but took two weeks for them to fix. After those repairs was fixed 3 weeks later i had fuel mixing with oil due to bad injectors. They told me that they was not going to fix it because it was to costly and they couldnt stay in business if the had to fix every repair on thier vehicles. Buyers beware.

Jackie, who bought the 2001 silverado 2500HD diesel with 142K miles on July 20, 2015 It's interesting that you failed to mention YOU'RE A DIESEL MECHANIC in your review. Yet, you flaunted it when you were at our dealership inspecting the vehicle for over 2 hours on 3 different occasions. You bought the vehicle "As Is". In fact, Terome invited you to do a Pre-Purchase inspection. You declined (probably because you're a diesel mechanic). Terome even offered you to purchase a warranty. You declined (probably because you're a diesel mechanic). We took care of the repairs we agreed to do at the time of sale. The 2 week time period was because you couldn't find someone to help you drop your vehicle off to us. We even gave you a loaner vehicle out of own goodwill to help you out. You were ungrateful. You sent us pictures of a dismantled motor you took apart almost 2 months after purchase (Sept 14th to be exact). Then asked us to take care of the repairs because you couldn't. We declined (because you're a diesel mechanic). So yes..."Buyer beware" if you're claiming to be a diesel mechanic, buying a vehicle As Is, declining a warranty offered to you, trying to fix a truck on your own 2 months after purchasing it, and then demanding us to look after the repairs...you're not going to get the outcome you want. ...You might even write an exaggerated bad review because of it and call it "the worst experience of my life". We have and will always treat our customers with the utmost respect and integrity, but people like Jackie cannot be helped nor reasoned with.
If Ricky does the repair, RUN!
August 2014, I test drove a 2008 Ford F-150 with 135,000 mi. The truck engine (5.4 Triton V8) wasn't running right and Mark Shafiyan said it was the timing chain. He said he would have it repaired. After repair I went back to Auto Place, Inc, test drove the truck again and talked with their mechanic "Ricky". Ricky did the timing chain replacement and also did an oil change. I purchased the vehicle in late September 2014. In January 2015, after only 3,500 miles, the engine stalled and refused to start. I had it towed to my mechanic and they said the truck was very low on oil. Due to extremely low oil pressure, the time chain had jumped, pistons and valves had collided into each other and the engine needed to be replaced. The engine oil capacity is 7 quarts and my mechanic said it only had about 4 quarts in it. In the three months of driving it, I never an indication that the oil level was low: the oil pressure light never came on and none leaked from the engine. Plus, I just had the oil changed. The inescapable conclusion is that when the repair and oil change were done, only 4 quarts of oil was replaced instead of the 7 quarts required either by a lapse of attention or a mistake. When I talked by phone with Mark and Ricky, Ricky stated that the engine failure was my fault. "Engine oil needs to be changed every 3,000 miles," Rick said. Later I found this to be not true. 2008 Ford F-150 manual says the oil change interval is every 7,500 miles. So if you decide to purchase a car from Auto Place, Inc., ask if any repairs were done by Ricky. If the answer is yes, run away. Or at the very least have the repair verified by a mechanic you trust.

I had an awesome experience at this facility. Jesse, Mark, and Tyrone assisted me with purchasing a truck for my dad. The representatives were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They had several quality vehicles in stock also. I will purchase all future pre-owned vehicles from Auto Place Inc.

EB, (not sure if that's your name or initials) I tried to do a search for your name in our email, and had no luck. I even tried the initials "E.B.". The vague description makes it difficult to pin point your email was even received by us when you made an attempt to contact us via Cars.com. There are other avenues in which you may contact us. For prompt response, please keep in mind we can always be reached Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm by phone or you may physically come by our dealership.
Great experience
Our experience here was great. We were searching for a good used car for my parents, and were looking to buy immediately. They were very kind, and let us take the car to a dealership close by to have it all checked out. We took a while making our decision, and we never felt rushed or pressured. It was not the typical used car buying experience, and we were very grateful. We will probably go back to them in the future.

Amazing service
Very knowledgeable about each vehicle and the work behind each one. Very honest and backs what they say. By far the best fastest and easiest vehicle I've ever purchased. Had me in and out. Exceptional customer service by far the best I've ever recieved from any business or company in my entire life. Highly recommended to anyone and I will be back in the future.
