Went there not that long ago to buy a small work truck and I got to admit it was a good decision buying from this place the truck was in very good shape the interior was clean the miles were good and the price was also good! Also I got to give this place xxxxxxfor the customer service the girl that helped me out was very helpful and nice I honestly would like to suggest a raise for her! I would really recommend anyone buying from this place!

Sent email 11/04 inquring about vehicle. 2 weeks later still no response. Even cargurus website sent out email inquiring if I ever received a response. Nope. If they are in the business of selling cars, why not respond to customer inquiries? If they think II'm driving all the way to their store to see if a used vehicle is still available, they're crazy; and I won't be wasting my time to call again just to be told to go to their company and check it out, thank you.

Let me tell you, I've done business with some shady characters in my life and career and, in fact, used to sell cars for a living. But this guy, Mark, with Auto Place Inc, or Auto Place Texas, is the most honest, above board car and truck dealer I have ever met or done business with. He started by pointing out all of the flaws, up front ,of any truck I was interested in, gave his own opinion on which trucks he thought would fit what I was looking for, honestly told me which vehicle was maybe a little less than what I would want and when I wasn't happy with my original purchase, he took it back and let me have at another one, telling me he just wanted me happy with whatever truck I took home. I absolutely, whole heartedly, recommend Auto Place Texas if you're looking a good used car or truck. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dealing with Mark was the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle! He far exceeded my expectations before and after the sale! He stood behind the 2004 Toyota Tundra we bought and we couldn't be happier.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and been very dissatisfied. Mark was by far the kindest salesman I've dealt with. I'm a single mom, on a tight budget but still needed/wanted a pickup. He was very professional, didn't try to take advantage of my situation. I'm very pleased with my experience there. Oh and I love my F250. It's an older truck but in great condition. The vehicles they have there are just awesome, for being used vehicles.
