JoJo was fantastic to work he.

JoJo was fantastic to work he. He didn’t blast me with any pressure nor did he try to infuse hidden costs and fees into the price of the car. The bottom line dollar amount was straight forward. JoJo was great at keeping in contact with me and updating me along the way. He even returned my text and phone calls while he was home sick one day. I’m still waiting for shipment of the car so I can’t comment on that, to be fair, but to this point, I would absolutely work with JoJo and Ultimate Motorsports again.

Anthony Wong was very responsive and answered all our questions. He even stayed late to process the loan paperwork so that we wouldn't have to make an additional trip to Houston.

I must say that working with Anthony Wong made our buying

I must say that working with Anthony Wong made our buying experience with Ultimate Motorsports phenomenal. He stayed late to help us secure our purchase of a Toyota 4Runner Limited perfect. I give 5 stars to Anthony and the dealership.

My wife and I stopped by a few days ago, to purchase a vehicle. We met with Anthony and he walked us through everything from A to Z. He did very good with ensuring he walked us through numbers , history of the vehicle, EVERYTHING! I work in hospitality and I understand what it means to deliver excellence. By far I've never met a more patient, fully informed, and professional car salesman than Anthony. I didn't even know if I should call him a car salesman because this didn't even feel transactional. This felt very smooth and like a family experience. If you are looking for a vehicle and want a nice experience and for someone to fully educate you and help you feel comfortable about your purchase? Come to Anthony. I plan to come back and work with him again. Thank you Anthony.

I purchased a BMW on Dec 10 and two days later it has very serious mechanical issues with the coolant and engine. The car was sold in this condition shame on you. The business is not being responsive to calls or emails. I do not recommend purchasing a car here unless they do the right thing a repair this vehicle!

Anthony Wong was professional throughout the entire

Anthony Wong was professional throughout the entire buying process he kept informed, Provided all required documents in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with, he eased my concerns about the transaction being handled out of state. Our vehicle was delivered to our door as promised, My husband and I are very pleased with our car and would recommend Ultimate Motorsport!

When you visit their About Us page it states that they

When you visit their About Us page it states that they are a "family owned" business, however this "dealership" is not even locally managed and there is no "management" to contact. We worked with Hollis who promptly answered all our questions and, in general, was very responsive. The veicle listing for the car we were interested in purchasing detailed specifications that did not match the original window sticker - nor the window sticker for the "installed" updates. The listing also included many photos - one of which clearly showed TWO key fobs lying in the front console's cup holders. Once the down payment was sent and financing secured - we were unable to make contact with Hollis for more than 4 business days. It was only when we finally made contact and asked Hollis how to go about canceling the transaction did we finally receive an update on shipping and an expected delivery date. Normally we would not purchase a vehicle out of state, but we had researched the make/model and test drove various model years, etc. We felt confident that a "family" owned busines would treat their customers well - especially those customers who made a purchase. Unfortunately, once the vehicle did arrive, some of the "included" features were not actualy included and for some reason we received only one key fob. We made at least eight attempts to contact Hollis (our only contact) for a week and a half after we received the vehicle to speak to him about this. We NEVER heard back. Ater contacting several OEM dealers and local dealerships, we discovered it would cost us a total of $522.47 to purchase ONE extra key fob remote, have the software installed, pay the service fee for pairing and include the emergency metal blade key. It is completely preposterous that a well-awarded dealersihp would treat us this way. It is a shame and a great disappointment that this extra cost falls on us especially when we KNOW FOR A FACT that the vehicle came with a PAIR of key fob remotes - as TWO appeared in the listing photos ON THEIR website. Family owned - I don't think so! If it is, then shame shame on this family for selling luxury vehicles to customers who are treated like junkyard auction buyers!!! **After reviewing the "Buyers Order" we received via email from Hollis - we noticed a completely different model than what we inquired on and thought we were purchasing. This makes us feel like we were duped on purpose as every step of the process was smooth and excellent UNTIL they received our overnight payment.
