Jovan was great to work with , However the Tesla was delivered not as described , It had been wrecked , and was scraped up, and rubber molding was rotted, The tires we’re worn to a frazzle with a chunk out of one and another was sliced, Jovan presented a 2/3 video of the car excluding passenger rear damage , The delivery Guy said the car only has a 10% charge , The delivery Guy compared his pics of Al the damages to the pictures I took. . I rejected delivery and have been charged $500 deposit and $899 shipping x 2 , for a total of $2298. I have been e-mailed a Return agreement with all the charges and release fro Ultimate motors, I have not agreed and am waiting to hear from my Lawyer. I am very disappointed I was looking forward to receiving the beautiful Tesla After comparing the add pics and the delivered car it’s obvious , this was. Pro con job, Shame on Ultimate Motors Mr. Lou

Rodrick King is an exceptional employee his demeanor was very good explained everything precise and answered any questions that I had. Attitude was very positive. Rodrick will work with you if you know what I mean $$.. Although you had to wait it wasn’t that much of wait about 2-4 minutes not that much. He did an outstanding job…. I will come back to him again if buy another vehicle. Thank you Rodrick!!!

Wonderful experience working with Jovan from the first call to the last. Bought our new car while out of town in Disney world. We did everything online. Had several issues to work through and confusion with hurricane Milton and other personal issues that arose but the ease of purchase was wonderful. Definitely will recommend everyone looking for a car to check y’all out!

The car I liked had some problems and they did a great job taking care of the problem and getting me driving my 2022 Tesla model 3 long range. Very happy go check them out and Test drive a Tesla. Jovan was great! He was responsive. A very quick and efficient process. There were some minor issues with the X3 (missing tire compressor) but they found me a spare. Overall very happy and a great price!
